(almost) anyone is invited. If you’ve had invitation from me (Neko) Jess, Andrew, Chris (not Twitch/Chris) or John then you’re welcome. (There’s a few I’d rather leave out for the purpose of keeping things marginally under control)

Price

Not much, I’m reserving two sites and it’ll only be about $3-$5 for reservations alone (but we need food/drinks/snacks/candy and gas too)I'll collect $15 from people. If you have a problem with comming up with the money come talk to me.

How many

We can only take 8 people per campsite (can’t do the math?) That’s 16 people in all. I’ve “convinced” (at gunpoint) three people to drive. So no worries about rides

Drivers

Neko: I’m taking my dad’s truck and I can fit 5 others

Chris: He says he can take 4

Andrew: He says he can have 5

John has also offered to possibly drive.

-one more driver wouldn’t go amiss so we can spread people out but it’s not necessary if you can offer rides to people let me know-

I’ll be getting destructions to drivers but we’ll still be playing that great game...Follow the Leader! Oh and don’t worry, I’m not Leader. I nominated Andrew-kun for that job. John has four walkie-talkies that will be distributed to the co-pilots (whoever’s got shotgun!) So we can keep in touch on the way ^__^ V.

Stuff I have to bring

I have a tent that will fit 6-7 people. I also have cooking gear (except for pots and pans) and one good-sized Ice chest (we WILL need another one or two) A propane lantern (we will need to get a few container of propane I think) Tarps (we might need more)

Need-to-know

If you want to come I need to know soon (I expect spaces to fill up quickly) But in addition to the “I wanna goooooo!” I need to know a few more things:

1. Contact info, I need a e-mail address, home and (if available) Cell Phone #, and you’re home address (incase you need to be picked up) I will be sending updates to people by e-mail if you have one.

2. What camping gear you can offer for us to share (If it’s a tent I need to know how many people can fit COMFORTABLY in it WITH stuff)

3. What is your normal schedule on Friday (School or other important stuff...TV will NOT be considered in our departure schedule)

4. Food allergies/problems (See Menu below and let me know if you have a problem. I will cook)

5.....If I think of anything else it’ll go here ^__^

Food.

We’ll have two dinners Friday and Saturday. I’m thinking Spaghetti and Burritos. Lunch is up for discussion as is Breakfast (I don’t eat that so I wouldn’t know) Sunday breakfast could consist of Dennys which is right up the street. But that’s just a thought.

Stuffs to bring

Cloths for three days

Warm stuff (It WILL get cold)

Blanket/sleeping bag/pillow/stuffed animal ^__^/sleeping mat (NOT a blow-up mattress. You loosers who want to bring those are gonna have to go without for this trip...we have NO room!)/ whatever you need for sleeping.

Quarters. PLEASE bring quarters. You’ll need them for showers........If you don’t take one you’ll be WALING home! (J/k ^__^) it’s 2 ½ min. per quarter.

Personal stuffs: (toothbrush shampoo SOAP exc. Exc. You know the drill)

BATHING SUITS!!! we’re staying at a beach! If you wanna go swimming (or just show off ^__^) bring something to swim in.

Towels would also be good (I forgot mine last time ^_^;)

Chair. IF you have a fold-up chair bring it along, if not don’t worry about it.

Stuffs to do. The only game plan I have is “Have Fun” so be it Beach, Suntan, Swimming, RPG, Reading, I don’t care.....actually I DO. Make it legal. NO KILLING ANYONE TWITCH!

and remember: Sun screen good.

And anything you feel you’ll need but pack lightly...The truck may not fit everything.

(If you forget anything I’m sure we can find a store in town.)

Rules

Have Fun! That’s the #1 rule for the trip but I still need a few more guideline.

No Alcohol! SOME of us are still underage and I’m gonna be in charge (Yes, little Neko-chan’s ruling all.) And I’d rather not have alcohol onboard.

No drugs (duh)

and most importantly: Have more fun!

“Quiet Time” starts at 10:00 and runs till 6:00 (If we’re next to munchkins then it’ll be sooner) this is a campground rule btw, not mine.

But remember: We may want to return here some other time to camp (I think a week over Winter Brake would be awesome) so we don’t want them mad at us.

Travel Planes

Travel plans so far are as followes:

Meet at Grossmont Parking Lot 7 (the front one) at around 3:00 (later if need be). We need to make a run to my place to pick up gear and the truck. (Or I could do it before we meet but that’ll push back departure time and I’ll still need help packing) We’ll get to the Campgrounds anywhere from 4:15-5:00 ‘pending on trafic.

Return trip:

We’ll need to be checked out by 12:00. Most everyone will get home by 3:00 (this is including stopping somewhere for food) Let me know if you have to be home by any certain time and we’ll plan acordingly. If need be we’ll get everyone out of bed at 4:00 in the morning to get on the road. I need to be back at 5:00 pm. We’ll go to Grossmont do drop people off. I would apreaciate some help when I get back to my place to unload and wash my dad’s truck.
