| After extensive research on this topic, I have found that it is nearly impossible to seperate fact from opinion. Any Jim, Jack, Joe or Jane can express their opinion in a factual sort of a way. This, however, does not represent the content that I want to include on my website. I want people to understand that prohibition only leads to crime in terms of a black market. Alcohol prohibition ended almost as soon as it began. Like alcochol, marijuana will find its way in to our homes and neighborhoods regardless of what laws are imposed. A statistic that I found says that for every one non-violent drug offender that is arrested five violent criminals are released back in to society. These violent people are the ones who kill and rape and set bombs and threaten our children's future. These are the peolpe that make the FBIs top fifty most wanted fugitives. The fact is that most people that buy, sell and use marijuana are our brothers and sisters, our mothers and fathers, our teachers, our doctors, our judges and even our agents of law enforcement. They will deny the fact that they use marijuana simply because it is illegal not because it is wrong. Regardless of your beliefs, I certainly hope that you will feel more informed after perusing this website. | ||
