Three of my kids at a red hot sambar wallow,it was probably a spikey stag which sat down in this small mud hole on a bush track not 40 min out of Melbourne.I put this deer out of his gully but he was too good for me,but thats a sambar for you.LINK BACK VIA PAGE 2.

Karumba beach just as we were setting up for a bonfire beach party.I remember that night well as my old bitch swam out to me in the boat through croc and shark waters over 300yards,she made it to us while i was dreading her being grabbed as Pete powered the boat to her.

First pig for the dogs after being deer dogs for most of their lives,they soon picked it up but the young dog was a bit headstrong on big boars and would have been killed for sure.

Daughter with her catch Nth.Qld.Fishing every day is part of life in the Gulf and you could cast net buckets of prawns off this beach,fish ranged from barra,jewey`s king and blue salmon,cuda plenty of sharks and giant groper.Also box jellyfish in these waters-- a real killer.

Ok which one has the most grey?old sambar hind has pedicles showing her age,when they are near the track go for them.Old Bitty may look grey but she showed me this deer and found it after the shot as well, she has retired to a good home though the back leg may twitch dreaming of hunting days.Yeah i know i`m looking old too and yes my back leg gets a twitch as well.
