 1980-2005 8.17.04 The GHS class of 1999 reunion was held on August 14th, 2004 at Anna's Restaurant in Narrows. Those who attended were: Sheffey Brotherton, Billy Burton, Jeffrey Dickerson, Michael Epling, Kara Hunt, Ashley Kendall, Lori Marion, Mary (Sweeney) Miller, Angela Moore, Josh Saunders, Kenneth Southern, Patience St. Leger, Reggie Stephens, Matthew Thompson, Richard "Monty" Tickle, Donnie Waldron, Amanda (McCroskey) Wiscarson, and their dates. The festivities began with a social hour followed by a delicious meal with entrees such as sirloin tips and pork barbeque. The dance started around 8:30 and after that concluded, we moved the reunion to downtown Blacksburg for the afterparty where we went to PK's, Woody's, and Big Al's. While we were downtown, we met up with other classmates Seth Bandy, Tarah Brown, Wes Jennelle, and Deanna Martin. Overall the night was a success and will truely be a night to remember! However due to a number of factors and several classmates not being able to make it, we fell in the hole quite a bit financially. Any donations would be appreciated to help keep the reunions going for years to come. |
