Rank(must get permission to join as a dragonrider)
Dragon Name and Color(if you are trying to join as a dragonrider, though I can't guarntee;))
Flits Names and Colors(can only join with green, blue, or brown flits. Other colors given at Hatchings.)
Appearance(hair, eyes, skin, height, weight, ect. be creative)
Personality

Optionally you may also include-
Past(history, background, watever u want to call it.)
