However, the best of the house is the thick cuts of choice, Washington state-grown beef. Steaks and prime rib are expertly prepared and you taste the beef, not the pepper or other typically overused seasonings. For dessert, try a flavorful slice of New York cheesecake or coconut cream-cheese pie ($3.50). A nice selection of California wines is also available.
