Water Safty In eny sport it is important wen u are thresty you are already dehidrated and to drink lots of water need water beshore that you drenk plenty of water but some times that may before starting an exersis.also a hot or not be enough activitys hummed inviornment could couse you to take up more then just lose even more enargy then normal water they also take up Witch out door and indoor sports and stuff you need to ceep phisical means that you need to drink going .And most of the time even more luiquids then you would you sweet more water and have to activitys take up sodium then you can more stuff then just water they take in win u exersies To also in a cooler dryer invienment help fix this u may wont to ether add salt to your water . or dreank sports drinks like power add, or gater add .Witch have sodium and other nutreance that can help you from over heating or geting a mucil cramp.Also one thing that might help is that for every pound you loss during exercics to drink 1 glass of water.
