Weapon Specialization: Include the BAB bonus gained from this class to determine the level of weapon specialization possible. The fighter get a bonus feat at level 4 to specialize in a weapon.
Combat Leadership: The fighter can use two allied actions in the same round. One attack move and one restrict/defense action can be used at the same time.
Followers: As the fighter increases in levels, his reputation spreads. Less experianced warriors who are eager to fight for the same causes will seek him out. Followers are gained in groups of 10 called a stand. The members of the stand are all of the same race and experiance level. Starting at level 10 the Fighter gains his first stand of followers, they are of the same race and background as the fighter. Every level after 10 the fighter gains a new stand of followers. The fighter may recieve followers for past levels agian if his reputation spreads (DMs discresion). For example, if the fighter leads his followers against a raiding party local warriors might decide to join him. Stands that are special are of an unusual nature. Some examples include calvary, elves, aarakrokra, human fighters of exeptional equipment or morale, or they use a specail creature in battle (such as archers and an elephant with war howdah). A fighter cannot avoid gaining followers.
