The way of Martial Arts
Here under the Martial arts sections I have also listed the Meditation infromation which will also include yoga.
Martial Arts is just one more way that the true warrior can find true enlightenment.
The only reason a martial artist learns to fight is so he doesn't have to fight, Thus he fights to protect instead of hurting a martial artist understands, knows , and feels all the pain that he inflicks to any.
He does not fight because of enjoyment but only because he has chossen the path of the Warrior and he eccepts the results of such.
but let us now get away from the talk of the way of the warrior and get into the discussion of each of many diffrent arts.
