Josh's Birthday At Busch Gardens-July 16th
Well Joshua and I had a great time at Busch Gardens. We left home around 4:30 am. Stopped around 7 am for breakfast at McD's. Got to the park at 8:50. By the time we caught the tram and made it to the entrance it just about time to open. He was 1/2 inch short last time to go on some of the better rides. Still too short (54") to go on the biggest two. So this time he wore "chunkier" shoes and was just fine. We went on the roller coasters (one of them 5 times) and the water rides and on the sky buckets and on the train. Had a nice lunch and saw the ice skating show. Went to the outside playground type area and had fun. Drove the bumper cars and other spinning, up and down rides. In the afternoon we got an ice cream cone and bought a dragon necklace souveneir. The day was great. Not too crowded. Alex Trebek from Jeopardy was there for the National Geographic geography championship thing. It rained once while we were on the train, so not too bad. We left there around 5:30 or so. What a wonderful birthday he had.
