Rightsizing can have detrimental effects of the efficiency of a corporate culture, emotional factors can create animosity, reduce motivation, retard creativity, limit productivity and profitability. In the course of rightsizing, maintaining and even increasing a company's productivity can be cultivated through a top-down, bottom-up "Revolution" program that exercises and facilitates "Corporate Re-culturing". This is a systematic method implementing "Directive Communication" tools, techniques, and practices to create chain-reaction change within an organization.

Arthur F. Carmazzi's Directive Communication based Right-Sizing program transforms emotions surrounding a "right sizing" effort to influence more useful perspectives. The 2 part program focuses on pre-framing an effort before action is taken, and the post action psychological framing facilitation to maintain a sense of stability, strengthen employee loyalty, motivation, and take an active part in the transformation and future of the organization.
