This
initial program is designed to give organizations a clear understanding
of what the tangible benefits of initiating organizational transformation
will be. It looks at current policies, management communications,
perceptions of the organization across all hierarchies, who are the
key influencers and their communication styles, and an overall assessment
of corporate culture. Psycho-Productivity profiles are created of
the individuals, teams and the organization in order to asses the
proper strategies to initiate organizational progress. Interviews
with customers to determine perceptions of the organization are also
conducted in order to gain a fully rounded understanding.
The second phase is the transfer of the intelligence information
to management with recommendations for revolutionary improvement.
The information will assist the formation of strategies and policies
to realign senior and middle management, and the front line team
to have a unified direction. The customer research will allow us
to localize the assessment for maximum sales and customer satisfaction
results while keeping in line with the overall company mission and
strategy.
Arthur F. Carmazzi's Directive Communication based Assessments
set the stage to gaining priceless perspectives of the organization.
