3/1/03- Arson, the biggest rookie, is burning for bigger things in the new ITW. He came in and won the tag titles with his brother, Polar. They won the tag titles in a four way tag match. With Polar hitting the "frostbyte" on Caos then Arson hit the phoenix flare for the 1..2..3..
4/15/03- After a month and a half, Team Element lost their title with a contriversal endding. Caos slammed Polar in the head with a chair while the ref wasn't looking. Then hit Polar with "Armegedon." Arson tried to save Polar, but Havoc stopped him with a bulldog into the steel post. Arson heated at the sight of their lose hit Polar with a fire starter.
4/18/03- Arson grew inraged that they lost and chalenged his brother for a match. But Polar declined and went for the ITW Championship that night. Arson ran out to the ring in the middle of the fight and hit Mr. Money(champ at the time) with the fire starter to set up Polar with the win.
4/22/03- Arson chalenged his brother for the belt to just see who is the best after all. This lead people to believe that he helped Polar to win to get a shot at the belt. Polar said it is fair since he helped him win. Then Arson beat Polar with a hard felt battle. But not without a little help from his friend, steel chair.
4/22/03-7/15/03- ITW's biggest superstar burnedthrough competetior after competetior to keep his beloved title. Polar tried time and time again to gain the title back. His love for his brother grew to anger for the cheap tricks and the lose after lose.
7/15/03: Polar and Arson went at it for the last time. No rematches after this. Mr. Money (the ITW owner) made it a TLC match. The match broke out with heated punches back and forth. Amazing moves were exchanged. Arson took at least a dozen hits from the chair. Both atheletes flew off the ladder a number of times. But the momentuim changed when Arson went for a flying dropkick off the top rope. Polar ducked out of the way and Arson went from the top rope to the out side of the ring. But he didn't forget to stop through a table on the way down. Polar took the injured Arson to school after that. Slamming his skull with the left over table into the brick wall. Then climbed up the table for the belt. Some how Arson stil got up and climed the ladder. Blow after blow to the face and sternum of Polar. Arson tried to keep the belt from the outstreched hands of Polar. But it was over for Arson, when Polar gave Arson a choke slam from the ladder to the mat. 8 feet down to doom. Polar didn't let it go after that. After all the hell Arson put him through the last few months, Polar wanted a little more revenge. Polar placed the belt on the groin, of the pain striken Arson, and sled into his boys with a baseball slide.
7/18/03: The next fight night for the ITW, Arson interupted Polar's celebration ceremony. It look the heat was rising again. Arson got right in the face of Polar. It looked like trouble for about 20 long seconds. Then Arson delivered Polar with a hug. Then he raised Polar's arm for being the champion. This must be the last of the brotherly rivalry.(Or is it?)
7/17/03: Arson was born on Haloween in 1980. Born with a volcanoe as a father and mother nature as a mother, he was truly a freak. With his father being a vocanoe he was sure to be a little pyro. As he grew he noticed he had powers. He was one with the fire. He was moved from foster home to foster home, never being loved. It drove him mad where he had to find someway to release his anger. Then he found wrestling. He got to beat people up and never get punished for it. In fact he recieved praise for it. He was a natural. As he grew bigger in the bussiness, he traveled more. That is where he found his long lost brother, Polar. They increased their skills together. More importantly they both finally found someone that was a friend. Now the two young powerhouses take charge and befriend noone.
7/14/03 : Just recently ERW officials have been talking about bringing the ERW back from the grave...again. There has been talk for weeks that the ERW will hold events at a new location, and wrestle on trampoline instead of the ring that they previously used. From what I gathered, much of the old ERW talent will be back - but the style will be changed completely. One ERW official stated this : "Currently we are working to bring ERW back, over the past couple of years we've really been missing it and can't stand staying out of the ring any longer." The unamed official seeemed very enthusiastic about the new beggining and went on to say : "We've matured a lot since our last event (Sub Zero - 4/24/01). I actually feel like we can put on a quality wrestling show, kind of like something you'd see in the independent leagues." Speaking of the Independent leagues, I've heard rumors that wrestlers from the local indy FEW may be involved in some way, nothing is set in stone yet though.
What kind of product will we see from the ERW? No one knows yet. The ERW would not disclose who else would be involved, but they have hinted that we'll be seeing vets like ExRaided, Nailz, and Triple B; as well as newcomers Trevor Ortiz and Romeo. This will be the 4th time that the ERW has returned since 1997. Events have been held at 3 different locations and they have wrestled on grass, and in a ring - but never on the trampoline. It looks as if the product that they will be bringing us will focus heavily on storylines, fueds, and gimmicks. The ERW's president stated that they wish to distance themselves from the stereotypical "Extreme Backyard Fed" and actually try to bring a respectable product to the backyard. So far it looks promising, we'll just have to see how things develop when the first event comes this fall. We'll keep you posted.
