Gloucestershire College is one of the key training providers for a new Government initiative called Train to Gain which marks an innovative and dynamic way of working with employers.

Led by the Learning and Skills Council, the aim of the scheme is to improve skills in the workplace, offering those in employment the opportunity to work towards a formally recognised qualification.
