Sussex Pines Country Club, Inc. is a Private Club owned by its shareholder members. The grounds and facilities are for the exclusive use of members and their guests.
The course and cart paths within the property boundaries are to be used only for golfing activities during hours posted in the Pro shop.
Cart paths are available for members’ use during non-golfing hours. For health and safety reasons, fishing or swimming are not permitted in any pond on the property at any time.

Pets are their owner’s responsibility while on Club property, and must be in compliance with applicable State and County laws. Golfing activities involve personal risk. Sussex Pines Country Club, Inc. will not assume responsibility for accidents while on Club property.

Individuals found on SPCC property, who are not a member or a guest of a member, will be considered trespassers and subject to removal, and/or arrest without further notice.
