From the Treasurer’s Chest

Major restructuring of the business office is now complete. Cinda Allison has been on board since February and along with the finance committee has organized all facets of Member services and Accounts Receivable-Payable. All operating and income budgets by department have been inserted and correctly classed in our clubs computer system. With this done we can accurately track all expenses and income at any time and relay to the department and committee heads any variences compared to their budget. Through the diligence of the business office we have collected the majority of our outstanding balances from 2008.
