This is the official website of the Novo-Russkaja Mafija Film Project, a non-profit venture of Deutschtechnik Technologies USA. The film, inspired by the major motion picture "Brat 2", a Russian film about the life of a professional gangster in Post-Soviet era Russia and Chicago, is an independent venture produced by a private consortium.
