Ladies Night Out~A Night At The 80's

A Night of Dinner, Dancing and Raffles

Date: March 22, 2012 ~ Doors open at 6pm

How does it work?

Get a group of ladies (maximum of 12) and choose 1 person to be the table coordinator (*).  Have this person collect CHECKS ONLY from her group, fill out the attached form, and submit it through the child’s backpack NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 25^th.  The price is $50 per person, and checks should be made payable to “Emerson Elementary PTA”.  Please submit only one envelope per group and mark the envelope “PTA – Ladies Night Out”.

What if I don’t have 12 ladies?

No problem…anyone can come to Ladies Night Out.  If you are coming alone or have a group smaller than 12, we will do our best to seat you with other Moms from your child’s grade.

Where will my table be located?

LNO Committee members and PTA Executive Board members will be at tables accessible to the doors and the podium.  All other table locations are randomly assigned.

How do I get my tickets?

Tickets will be available for pick up on Wednesday, March 9^rd at MEMORIAL SCHOOL from 3-5:30 and 7-8:30.

  You can send one person from your table to pick up the tickets for the entire table. 

Pre-Ordered Raffle Tickets (VALUE PACKS)

VALUE PACKS cost $45 (includes 104 regular tickets and 26 Grand Prize tickets).  If you pre-order your raffle tickets now, you will receive 6 more grand prize tickets as an early-bird special, for a total of 32    GRAND PRIZE tickets!  If you do not wish to pre-order now, you may purchase raffle tickets ^rd when you pick up your entry ticket, or on March 22^th at Seasons.
