    It was discovered by scientists in Germany, professor Jürgen Zimmermann, Dr. Franziska Färber and Dr. Käthe-Kätchen Schultheiss that when either member of the opposite tells a lie purposely, they usually have postponement, for the part of the brain, the cerebral cortex, is thinking of a lie to tell, which takes a while, but when one tells the truth, it doesn't take hardly any time at all.
