Donations Wanted:

a. Money

Our Board is made up of volunteers, so every penny will go towards the Society. We spend money on things like publicity (website), special events, materials & supplies & toys, & marketing materials etc.

b. German Resources

If you have German picture books, children's videos, Ravensburger Games & Puzzles, wooden toys etc. We would really appreciate these!

c. Preschool Resources

If you have toys, games, suitable for the Preschool age child, and you no longer need them, we would either use them, sell them at a Garage Sale or pass them on to others

d. Art Supplies

We could use things you would normally recycle: paper, kleenex boxes, tin foil rolls, gift wrap, boxes, empty spice jars, shoe boxes etc.

e. Sponsors for Special Events:

LATERNENFEST!

Date: Friday, November 12th, 2004
Time: 6:00 pm
Place: Above the Lost Lagoon Nature House
Bring: Lanterns, tealights, matches, flash lights, rain gear, money for raffle tickets & food, friends & family

There will be booths this year providing food & drink. If you would like to provide a prize, be a vendor at this year's Festival or support our cause in another way, please call Elke at 604 647-0951 right away! If not, see you there... Sponsors will be acknowledged, thanked, hugged & made much of. Children are a good cause, and being able to support bilingualism is even better! Thank you in advance.
