Originally opened in 1915 with a capacity of 600 seats, the former Highland Park Theatre, AKA, Hiland Theatre lies empty today. Located at 13843 Woodward Ave, It became a strip joint called 'Fancy Pants' in the early-mid '80's and was closed down after one of it's patrons, Vincent Chin was killed in an argument here.
