It appears it was in use as 'Britt's Cafe', and was vacant for a while. Here's an email message I received: Hi!! I love your website! About the old building off of Congress and Shelby? It is now a really popular dance club called "Panacea" :) Just thought I would throw that by you. They totally revamped the inside. Everything in there is "state of the art". ~Brian
