Site Design Tests

This is not part of my site, it's to show you my new design for my site. In this basic area here, will be a full description of the section. Above this will be that table banner with the writing of the section on it. The image to the right is to link to sections filled with many sub-sections to be located under this. This was, the site will be once again simple to navigate, and have a fresh new look. Speaking of that image on the right, it won't be there. I am changing it and this site will have more of a blue base, instead of it's current red color.
