1. During the episode "Gohan's Metamorphosis" and during another, later episode, Gohan transforms to Oozaru stage. Piccolo destroys the moon and little Gohan turns back to his normal form. However, in "The Tree of Might" Turles creates an energy ball and points Gohan right to it, once again transforming him. Turles destroys the energy, but Gohan is still transformed, unlike in the series. This time, they had to cut off his tail.
Answer: (Thanks to GogetaGLD for this one.) . The reason was that it was Gohans first transformation in a movie thus it took him longer to calm down to transform back to little Gohan and his tail was cut to speed it up but it grew back (that happens as a kid to gokou as well) and Piccolo permanently removed gohans tail so it would not happen again (pulled it out by the root???).

2. Many people want to know, when Goku was heading back from King Kai's, why didn't he take the shortcut through Hell (HFIL)?
Answer: I know this one. It's simple, Goku didn't fall off of snake way in the Manga, so they didn't add this shortcut in the series.

3. When Gohan and Krillin land on Namek, they are confronted by two of Frieza's henchmen. Gohan and Krillin raised their power and it came to 1500. The henchmen were very surprised and scared, but according to "The Ultimate DBZ Information Site", the henchmen have a power level of 1500 each. Why were they so scared then?
Answer: Either the US version is messed up, or the site I got the 1500 power level is wrong. I'm not too sure.

4. This is planet Earth, and there is talking animal-like people and there's people flying around everywhere. The dates are in the 700's, so explain this!
Answer: Dragon Ball takes place in an "alternate" Earth, simple.

5. This one concerns the censors. In the bottom of my heart, I can sorta understand, but not really, why they have those stupid yellow stars when the guys are hit in the face, but look at this one. Goku is chasing Bubbles on King Kai's planetoid, and he finally catches him. However, when he grabs him, what appears? Those stupid little stars.
Answer: The US dub sucks.

6. You can open up Kami's ship with the word "Piccolo" meaning "a new world", but the word for blast off is blast off.
Answer: Nameks are stupid.

7. According to the US dub, Dr. Briefs makes Goku a ship to fly to Namek from his old space pod. Ok, first, how did he make it so big, and ah...how did he get Goku's ship? First off, Dr. Briefs really doesn't know where it's at and Piccolo destroyed it during Gohan's second transformation.
Answer: This is a common answer, the US version makes no sense.

8. Nappa says, "Look, you have a tail. You must be Kakarrot's son." I hate to break this to you, but he didn't have a tail Nappa. For some reason FUNimation put that in there.
Answer: FUNimation likes to mess up Dragonball.

9. I think this one is pretty good. Remember in the Raditz saga when Piccolo missed his Makkankosappo and Raditz dodged it and Piccolo confirmed that Raditz is faster than light. However (in many occasions) a shot going the speed of light is heading towards someone like Nappa and someone like Vegeta yells at them to move, but the sound get's there before the attack. Remember light is a lot faster than sound.
Answer: Not all attacks are faster than light.

10. Why do they say "another dimension" in the US dub? For the fact that they die, and if they did go to another dimension, shouldn't there only be two. So that would make "the other dimension". And actually, that's not another dimension at all. There's actually a place far from Earth that they go to.
Answer: I don't think anyone cares because they should've just used "kill".

11. They never say the real DBZ character's names right except when they die they come close. Bulma yells "Tienshinhan" and Mr. Popo yells "Kami-san". Hey, close enough.
Answer: Well, it seems it takes extreme mourning or rage to yell out the right name in the US dub.

12. Almost everyone dies from a Genki Dama by Goku except Frieza and Vegeta. Let's ask why Vegeta didn't die when he got hit with it. How come he didn't die?
Answer: Goku gave Krillin energy that he was able to keep when the last Genki Dama got destroyed, therefore, it wasn't a fully-powered spirit bomb.

13. Gohan and Goku go Oozaru and go nuts and out of control without any power over it. If this happens to them, why can Vegeta control himself in this form?
Answer: Vegeta has trained hard in this form to learn how to control himself. After a while, he mastered this form.

14. Another Vegeta Oozaru question. When he does turn into the giant were-monkey, why doesn't his clothes rip?
Answer: He acutally wears very elasticy clothes, but that's extreme.

15. It took Kami a good number of years to become old (so did Dende) but when Piccolo-Daimao spat out Piccolo Jr., he was born a child, ut grew to adulthood very quickly. How could Piccolo grow so fast.?
Answer: I doubt there was a reason. I think that they wanted Piccolo to fight Goku at the next Tenkaichi Budoukai for revenge sake and didn't want to wait for 15 years.

16. When Bulma claims that the Namekian language is impossible to learn, you see Piccolo talking in it. How could Piccolo (or Kami)know the language if he's been on Earth his whole life?
Answer: I guess Nameks are born with the language in their mind.

17. How could Frieza know that the Nameks spoke english when he went up to them? Wouldn't they speak Namek?
Answer: It was a lucky guess!

18. When Vegeta got beat up on Earth, his power level went from 18,000 to about 30,000 when he was beat that bad. But when he was defeated by Zarbon, his power level barely risen compared to his last loss.
Answer: This is simple, don't you think Vegeta took a little more bumps on Earth?

19. Vegeta appears to lose an eye during the Goku fight, but when he's out of the rejuvenation tank, it's back. What happened?
Answer: Ah, maybe Saiya-jins have strong eyes and it wasn't really shot out.

20. When Bulma says the right word for blast off in Kami's ship, it said "OK!". What is that about?
Answer: Remember that the Nameks also speak English (Japanese in the good version, but if this was true, shouldn't the ship also pick up on English words?

21. Remember when Krillin and Gohan and Bulma all go onto that ship full of kids before Namek. Isn't it funny how he had a hat on and the next frame it just disappeared?
Answer: The Japanese (real) version about half this episode was taken out. It was the hallway that was cut. It was full of traps and Krillin lost his hat into outer space!

22. Remember Pairo from the orphans Gohan meets? Isn't it funny how when Gohan cut the handcufs off, the part locked on to his hand broke too? How did this happen?
Answer: I don't know, ok, sue me! ::and so they did::

23. I thought it was funny when Bulma knew Goku was coming from Earth to Namek and will arrive in six days. How could she know, they never showed her talking to anyone in the American dub.
Answer: Bulma was in the bathtub when she was talking to her dad about Goku. Even though she was covered in bubbles, FUNimation edtted it.

24. How could all those Namek's and bodygaurd's be breathing after Dodoria or Frieza shot them?
Answer: Another FUNimation edit!!!

25. If you have to eat while your dead or are in this "next dimension" how could King Kai still be alive. No one has ever made it down Snake Way that brought food with them.
Answer: Maybe food appears there, this makes no sense.

26. When Gohan, Krillin, and Bulma are all flying down that slide on the sheet of ice (fake Namek) why didn't they just fly off the ice with Bulma?
Answer: They are too stupid to do that.

27. You ever notice how weak Krillin and Gohan seem when they aren't in battle? They get caught by some type of octopus, are attacked by a giant, and even were captured by flying plany birds. How come they couldn't just kick the crap out of them?
Answer: It seems that they have to be in battle to be powerful. Most of this stuff has no explanation.

28. Have you noticed that Goku's hair doesn't move in 100x gravity dramatic.

but a little wind will move it?
Answer: They made his hair move in the wind to make it more 29. If the fake Nameks on the fake Namek can read minds, why didn't they just steal how the ship works from Bulma?
Answer: Well, if they did that the episode would've been shorter and it would suck for Krillin, Gohan, and Bulma too.

30. How come normal people die and there ghosts. Then Chichi, Bulma and Videl die and they are half ghost/ half person and when Goku, Tien, and Piccolo die there all in person? 3 stages of dead?
Answer: From what I've learned, from what the person did in life decides if they keep theor bodies.

31. How come if the Namekian dragon talks to Gohan and Krillin in English yet Gohan has to tell Dende to ask the wish in Namekian? Dragon speaks English and hears Namekian, you do the math what.
Answer: Hmmm, that doesn't make any sense.

32. And finally, Frieza is so powerful and has Dodoria and Zarbon with him, why does he need all those weak henchmen?
Answer: Because Frieza is a party animal?

Saiya-jin Information

The Saiya-jins are a very strong and violent race. Many Dragonball characters are Saiya-jins, such as Goku, Vegeta, Raditz, Nappa, Tales (or Taurus) and Brolli and some are hybrids, like Trunks, Goten, Gohan, and Pan. Saiya-jins have the ability to become stronger with every battle. If a Saiya-jin wins, they become a little stronger. However, if the Saiya-jin loses and recovers from a near death experience, they become much stronger. This race are classed as 1st class elite and then the 3rd class fighters. Saiya-jins are born iwth tails, which they use to transform. The Saiya-jins ruled the planet with King Vegeta, but Frieza destroyed it and only a few survived.

Super Saiya-jins
Sometimes a Saiya-jin goes beyond the limit of a normal Saiya-jin, and reaches a new level. Once they reach 800,000+ in a power level they are capable of reaching Super Saiya-jin! However, to become Super Saiya-jin, it must be triggered by extreme anger. Goku got angry by seeing Frieza blow up Krillin and Vegeta turned SSJ due to the fact he couldn't turn Super Saiya-jin in spite of all his efforts. Once the anger is achieved, the hair flashes gold and the pupils disappear. After that, usually a scream of anger is let out and the hair stands up more on end and turns gold. However, the eyes turns green and the power level is much greater. It is rumored there is a legendary SSJ every 1,000 years, but it turned out, a third class warrior like Goku was the first to reach this level in the untransformed state. Also, in movie 8 we learn that Brolli was the legendary Super Saiya-jin, born with a power level of 10,000. The people who reached Super Saiya-jin level one are: Goku, Gohan, Chibi Trunks, Future Trunks, Chibi Goten, Vegeta, and Brolli. Also, Vegetto, Gotenks, and Gogeta reached this too. here is a picture of SSJ Vegeta.

Super Saiya-jin 2
After Super Saiya-jin, there is another level called SSJ2. This is where the hair becomes more spiked and the power level grows once again. To get to this stage, you gotta "go Super Saiya-jin while Super Saiya-jin". Sorry for the clique, but it's the best way to describe it. Only Goku, Gohan, and Vegeta reached this level. Gohan reached this first when he fought Cell. That's about it for this level.

Super Saiya-jin 3
The last true form, this is one of the harder levels to obtain. The physical appearance changes a lot. The hair grows down the back and the eyebrows disappear. This time, the power level raises greatly. Goku reached this first and the only other to get to this level was the fusion of Goten and Trunks, Gotenks.

Super Saiya-jin 4
In DBGT, there is another form of Super Saiya-jin, level 4. I don't consider this real for a few reasons, Akira Toriyama didn't make DBGT and the appearance is wrong. When one turns SSJ4, their hair turns brown and their upper body is covered in red fur. Also, the eyes are outlined and some other stuff. Their power level is greater, and they become extremely strong. Goku reached this stage naturally, but Vegeta had Bulma use the brute ray on him to make him turn SSJ4.

Ultimate Super Saiya-jin
A simple form. When a SSJ is extremely angered, more power comes out, to make them ultimate SSJ.

Oozaru (were-monkey)
Pure Saiya-jins are born with tails (except for Gohan who is a hybrid and was born with a tail, that should go under Explan This!) and with that, have the ability to transform. When they look at a full moon they can transform into a giant ape called an Oozaru. Their power level grows 10 times and they become very huge. The only way to revert them back to their normal state is to cut off the tail or destroy what made them transform. Vegeta and some others can make an energy ball simulating a moon and transform by looking at that. Later, in DBGT, Goku turned Golden Oozaru by looking at a full Earth. Golden Oozaru makes them have longer hair and become..ah...gold. The power level increases 15 times. Once the tail is yanked out by the root, it will never grow back.

The Evil dragons appeared thanks to some wishes made by the dragonballs. Here is the list:
Ryan-Shenlong had the 2 Star, he was made when Bora was wished back.
Uu-Shenlong had the 5 Star, he was made when Goku was wished back.
Ryuu-Shenlong had the 6 Star, he was made when Oolong wished for panties.
Chii-Shenlong had the 7 Star, he was made when all the people killed by Majin Vegeta got wished back.
