The hobby of Pipesmoking is one which is very difficult
to persue here in India , as we do not have access
to either good quality Pipes or Tobacco for which we
depend upon our overseas travels & friends who
live abroad or travel quite frequently . Alas neither
do I travel myself nor do I have a lot of friends who
travel overseas . So it was a Godsend for me when one
day surfing the net I found Pipe
& Pouch a site
for pipesmokers & collectors maintained by Ron.B
. I joined the P&P cooperative & there I came to
know about various tobaccos etc. It was here that I "
met " two wonderfull people
,they just opened up a whole new world for me &
with thier help now I am able to enjoy a lot of different type of
tobaccos . Amongst my favorites are tobaccos from Harriels
Pipes , Tobacco & Cigars &
Cornell & Diehl Tobaccos .
I have also enjoyed dealing with FF
Piber Of Denmark , their prices are very reasonable & I got two
wonderfull Stanwells from them , my first buy on the
net . You will find some exquisite freehands
avilable with Von
Erck , though I have yet to buy my first pipe from him it will be sooner
than later . For
estate pipes I like to browse the site of Terry
Hagley , his prices are decent & he is a wonderfull person
to deal with & ofcourse when he performs his magic
on a pipe it is truly fantastic . I got a Soren
Freehand & an African Meerschaum from him , both
are excellent & well worth the money spent on
them . I got a lovely Peterson from James
Barber , check them out they have a really wide selection of
Petersons & ofcourse they carry Dunhills etc for
those who wish to buy them .

MEERSCHAUM a good source for meerschaum pipes , check them out .
