Legends

Howls-for-Death
Tales are told of this legendary garou to cubs. He was in the legends, fearless. Some Skalds believe he had fang blood in him. It is said he chased a powerful bane into the Abyss and came back with its teeth. Whether this is true or not, is not the question. It is his deeds that reflect upon the cubs. What is rumoured to be fact though, is that he fought an entire pack of BSD's and destroyed them during the Celtic wars in Britain. He had killed over 3 dozen BSD's by himself. His auspice remains unknown but his breed has been discerned as being born a wolf.

Orion-Smashes-the-Glacier
Orion was possibly the single most powerful Thunderer to ever live and die. He is the only one to achieve the rank of Athren, within the camp. His accunts are too many to tell, but his major accomplishment was the re-unification of the camp. Not more than 30 or 40 years ago, the Thunder was becoming split up. Like the Silent Striders, Mjolnir's Thunder was becoming nomadic in its search of destruction. Orion had brought the camp back together by making pack life the way of the Thunderer. He had single handedly made judgements that have saved the camp from destruction. He was quite wise for a Modi in the Get of Fenris. He was killed in an ambush by an unknown minion of Jormangundr. The pack, Savage Jaws, are still seeking the killer of the former Jarl.

Freya the Damned
No one in the camp truly knows what this garou's name is, but apparently he is a she. The rest of the camp have called her Freya the Damned, because she has apparently been to Malphaeus and back. At least, that is what the rumors are. The only records known of this exceptional killer is that she was born and her name adorns the walls of Urskalas. She has made one trip back to the caern and that was 5 years ago. She must either be dead or still alive in one of the more hostile terrains of the world. She may be the first female to ever become an elder within the ranks of the Thunder, if she still lives.

Wicked Claws of the Wolf
This pack had gained its glory by defeating a thunderwyrm on its own. Their stories are still sung about their bravery even a thousand years after their deeds. It is said that the wyrm was undefeatable, an entire Sept was needed just to battle the monster and kill it. The pack was insane, they decided to defy the Sept of the Blood Fist's demands for right of the kill. They killed it without even a slight. A pack of 7 garou tore the beast to shreds with barely a scratch. The alpha, Crushes-the-Skull-of-the-Wyrm, tore the head off the beast to kill it. The remains of the head have yet to be seen, maybe the camp hides it to keep the rest of the Fenris from finding their hidden power.
