 • Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner and his/her family (four (4) people total) will travel to Los Angeles, California to be one of the first to see Digimon: The Movie which includes a limo ride to the screening. Grand Prize winner and his/her family will also receive a back lot tour of the 20th Century Fox Film Studios. Trip includes coach round-trip air transportation from the major U.S. city nearest the Grand Prize winner's home as designated by Sponsor to Los Angeles, California, car rental, per diem in the amount of $100.00 U.S. dollars per day (total of $400.00), and hotel accommodations for four (4) days and three (3) nights. Grand Prize winner and his/her family must travel on dates specified by Sponsor (see below) to be one of the first to see Digimon: The Movie. Meals, gratuities, taxes and all other expenses not specifically mentioned are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner.

 • How to enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. To enter, legibly hand print your full name, address, zip code in a letter or on a 3-1/2" X 5" postcard ("Entries"), and mail it, postage pre-paid, to: "Fox Kids Destined for Digiwood", P.O. Box 4050, Beverly Hills, CA, 90213. Each person may enter as many times as he/she likes, however, each Entry must be mailed separately. Incomplete, illegible or mutilated Entries are invalid. Sweepstakes begins July 24, 2000. All Entries must be received by August 25, 2000 to be eligible to win prizes. No mechanically reproduced Entries accepted. No Entries will be accepted by facsimile. Sponsor (as defined below) is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, unpostmarked, postage due, misdirected mail or printing errors. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. By entering, Entrant consents to use of Entry information for Fox Kids Network own purposes, including but not limited to entry into the Fox Kids Club.
 • Selection of Sweeptakes Winners: From among all of the eligible Entries received, winners will be selected in a random drawing by Sponsor or its designee during the week of August 28, 2000. All decisions are final in all matters relating to Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible Entries received. All winners will be notified by mail. If Sponsor is unable to contact the Grand Prize winner by mail or if the Grand Prize winner fails to comply with any of the eligibility requirements, an alternate Grand Prize winner shall be drawn from remaining entries. 
 • Condotions: By entering, each Entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules. Decisions of Sponsor shall be final and binding. Any and all applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of prize winners. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged. No substitute prizes, except at the election of Sponsor, which may substitute any prize for another prize of equal or greater cash value at any time for any reason at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Grand Prize winner and his/her family must travel in October 2000 to be "one of the first to see Digimon: The Movie", receive the limo ride to the screening and tour the 20th Century Fox Film back lot. Should the Grand Prize winner elect to travel outside October 2000 and the Sponsor agrees to the revised travel dates, the aforementioned Grand Prize elements will be forfeited and the remaining Grand Prize elements shall constitute full and final satisfaction of the Grand Prize. By entering, each Entrant and the parents and/or legal guardians of each Entrant consent to the use of Entrant's voice, name and likeness in any video or film connected with Fox Kids Network, their parent companies, retailers and affiliated companies, their advertising, promotion, and production companies, for broadcast transmission, advertising, and promotion in connection with the Sweepstakes or otherwise, without further compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law. Entrant and Entrant's parents and/or legal guardians understand that no compensation will be given for such use stated in the immediately forgoing sentence (where legal). Sponsor makes no warranty, representation, or agreement that any videotape or likeness of the Grand Prize winner will be broadcast or otherwise used in any manner. Winners or parents/legal guardian (if winner is a minor) will be required to complete, sign and return a notarized affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release within seven (7) days of prize notification. In the event of noncompliance within this time period, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Any prize notification or prize returned to the sponsor or its agencies as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the awarding of that prize to an alternate winner. 

Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws apply. Sponsor, manufacturers of prizes, and each of their parent companies, respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees will have no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or usage of any prize awarded thereunder including any travel or participation in Sweepstakes. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the individual prize winners.
