WOMEN, IOTA and THE FAR ROOM play together upstairs at the west coast rock cafe on Thursday 30th Decmeber. THE FAR ROOM also pencil in an unconfirmed date on thursday 23rd december at the Tache playing with Stagnation, Munky Stigmata and The Sea Monkeys altough this isn't being organised by us so ewe can't confirm it ourselves. IOTA NEW CD OUT SOON!

THE FAR ROOM will not be playing with KITSCH until nearer christmas. THE FAR ROOM will be playing at heat two of the EVENING GAZETTE ROCK QUEST 2000 on THURSDAY 18th OCTOBER. WOM£N will be playing heat three on THURSDAY 25th NOVEMBER.

unfortunatly it has been a while since updates, since the last both WOMEN and IOTA have played the night and day cafe as well as other gigs, however all at skyscraper is running smooth enough for us to begin regular updates. WOM£N play the blackpool christmas ball on the 18th december and THE FAR ROOM make their live re-debut at the galleon (with KITSCH) on either thursday 4th or 11th of November, this date will be confirmed before the end of the week. IOTA have also completed work on thier new 5-track e.p with a crap title of "Releasing The Kraken" i think iota are crap but this c.d is great and you should buy it. release and price details to follow next week

the women, iota gig at the tache went well, and we added another band called inertia to our family. pictures and video clips from the gig will be available soon.Iota will play at the Night and Day in Manchester on 8th October. more details to follow.

the WOM£N and IOTA gig at Party In the Park has been cancelled because Blackpool council got a bit scared about the amount of creativity that would have been on display the day skyscraper would have had their turn. Zanzibar Records in blackpool had a petition going about it all but i don't know much about that.
