3/12/99:Go to Vermilion City. If you explore you will find the S.S. Anne at the end of the dock. If you don't have a ticket, go back to Bills house he'll give it to you. on the S.S. Anne find the Captain, He will give you cut. Don't leave the ship!! Go to any room and battle. Make all your POKeMON faint. If you don't leave the ship by foot you won't see it leave and it won't because you will go to directly to the POKeMON center. Don't return till you have Surf & Strength. Surf of the dock and look for a boulder. Use strength on the boulder and you will find a MEW in a Item Ball. Ta Da!!
