The
Sistine Chapel This is one of the most amazing paintings ever done. Michelangelo
(who was actually a sculptor) painted it from 1508-1512 during the Renaissance. It was restored in 1998 and it really shows the rebirth
of arts and the reawakening of the human spirit so typical Renaissance
art and music.
