Deanne Leber was born in Western Australia in 1971. She has had her work published in various journals, magazines and newspapers. Deanne is currently completing her PhD in Writing at Edith Cowan University. Deanne's first collection of poems, Book of Days, is an autobiographical journey into the ways we remember. It is emotionally violent, humorous and playful. It traces lines of narrative which have been disrupted by mental illness.
