Dear Lord,
So far today I have done alright!
I haven't gossiped, haven't lost my temper,
haven't been greedy, grumpy, nasty, selfish or overindulgent!
I am very thankful for that!!
But in a few minutes Lord,
I am going to get out of bed, and from then on...
I'm probally going to need a lot more help!

but also to leave unsaid the wrong thing at the tempting

And also, help me to be careful of the toes I step on today
As they may be connected to the ass that I may have to kiss tomorrow.
Help me to always give 100% at work....
