This section is dedicated, to ...well, you can say thrillers if you'd like. Psychological thrillers, or Psychological Horror, have to do with mind-turning, confusing, majestic plots. Like "Psycho". Not "Scream" where everyone's crazy, though....I'd say that's more of a slasher movie. Pyschological films have more than blood and guts and scare tactics...they deal with the human mind in their viewing and writing. In my morbid opinnion, Hellraiser contains a bit of Pyschological Horror, as does the Exorcist. It's the way they make you scared...not the traditional jump behind your back, not the same ol' chainsaw in the gut method, but pure raw horror that is generated by tricking, hypnotic states, and things such as that. Vampires, some of them, are the true Psychological Killers. And we are victims, everyday, to psychological outcome. Not murder, mind you ( I HOPE NOT! ) but more than that. Our minds and the brains of others influence what is happening now, what will happen tomorrow, and how we'll be surviving twenty years down the road.
