Here a loggia open to the courtyard, furnished with a comfortable armchair and a small table, perfect for breakfast or light meal, or just reading and listening to the birds twittering in the bouganvillia. From here a staircase leads up to the roof terrace. The loggia leads into a small study library adjacent to a salon which contains the television.
