Independent Nursing Services
Inc. employs Nurses who are self contracting practitioners with diverse clinical
experiences.
The current staff has an average of fifteen years in the practice of Nursing
in subspecialties such as organ transplant, trauma intensive care, neurosurgical
intensive care, cardiac catheterization care, emergency care, psychiatric nursing,
medical/surgical nursing, burn care, pulmonary rehab, nursing education and
staff development.
• INS offers management
staff available on a 24 hour basis, 365 days a year, two hour notification for
on call.
• INS offers management which will be responsible for orienting each nurse
before the first shift at each institution and will deliver and maintain a resource
manual to assure continuity of care.
• INS offers management to conduct ongoing quality assurance for all their
practitioners.
