DreamPassport commands

Not all may work on Dreamkey

--- KEYBOARD ---

cntrl+O --- URL Bar ("Jump Box")

Esc --- escapes from text boxes and apps, also same thing as 'stop' or 'cancel'

F5 --- reload page (in other words, it downloads a new copy of the document
from the server)
cntrl+R --- also reload page

cntrl+C --- copy highlighted text to clipboard
cntrl+V --- paste contents of clipboard
cntrl+X --- cut (delete highlighted text and save to clipboard)

cntrl+A --- highlight All text
shift+arrow key --- highlight text
shift+page up --- highlight text above the cursor, a page at a time
shift+page down --- highlight text below cursor, a page at a time
shift+home --- highlight all text to the left of the cursor
shift+end --- highlight all text to the right of the cursor
shift+cntrl+home --- highlight all text from cursor to top of the text box
shift+ctrl+end --- highlight all text from cursor to the bottom of the text box

(note that you can only c/c/p in a text box... any place where your pointer
turns into a pencil is a text box,,,)

cntrl+home --- jump to top of page or text box
cntrl+end --- jump to bottom of page or text box

Home --- moves page to the left
End --- moves page to the right

cntrl+M --- go to mail program

cntrl+H --- history (all the sites you have visited, very handy for
navigation... when you log off, you can still go to most pages in your
history, too...)

cntrl+B --- open bookmarks
cntrl+D --- bookmark current page (remember, it will not remind you to save
them like planetweb, so don't forget)

S1 --- left trigger menu
S2 --- right trigger menu

tilde (~) key --- toggles between english/jap input

ctrl+alt+delete --- soft reset

alt + left arrow key --- back one page
alt + right arrow key --- forward one page

alt+enter -- save image to vmu/memory card

---CONTROLLER---

B --- usually does the same thing as escape (except stopping a page downloading)

X+left --- go back one page
X+right --- go forward one page (after you have gone back)
(remember, these can be used in somewhat rapid succession... so hold X and
click left three times to go back 3 pages)

X+up --- go to top of page
X+down --- go to bottom of page

X+A --- when your cursor is on an image, it will save the image to a memory
card...
--- if on a bookmark or irc server bookmark or email address bookmark, it
will delete it from the list

stick --- move page
d-pad --- move pointer
(though, many prefer it reversed...)

---HIDDEN COMMANDS---

To enable hidden controller commands:
Hold A and press 'start' 10 times

then, you have the following commands:

B+Start --- Bookmarks
Y+Start --- History
X+Start --- Connect

put the pointer on the status bar at the bottom of the screen, and then...
on dk... X+A --- URL Bar ("Jump Box")
on dp... Y+A --- URL Bar w/url of current page

open the right trigger menu, put it on reload, pres X+A to clear cache

open the right trigger menu, put it on cancel, press X+A to bring up the source
viewer
(the source viewer is handy for anywhere you are going to be typing where the
text box is wider than your screen...)

in a text box, you can hold start and use the stick or d-pad to move the
cursor... as well as start plus the left trigger to jump to the far left of
the line your are on or the right trigger to jump to the far right...
if you hit the copy button on the on-screen keyboard and then press start, it
will highlight all text...
