To join the Circle you must:

be a student of the UPV College of Management |
|
be willing to be trained in the different formats of
debate |
|
have a pleasing personality (what
exactly IS a pleasing personality anyway?) |

have no criminal record |
Debate experience is an asset, but not a
requirement. Fresh, young, law-abiding minds with pleasing personalities
