and now note that if that unmentionable island does switch from GMT-5 to
GMT+19 then the Dee-Cecil calendar would result in the Vernal Equinox
always occuring on March 21st. at a meridian which would exist only there!-)

Alex reported this island rumor. Can he remember his source? Does this
have anything to do with the Pope's visit? The mind boggles !-)
