Hello! My name is Miguel Diaz-Bieberach. I was born in Panama City, Panama. I currently
reside in Portland, Oregon a very beautiful city full of great outdoor activites, and awesome weather.
For the past year i have been attending Western Culinary Institute, it was a very good learning experience
and full of interesting people. I will be doing my Internship at The Hilton In Portland. My main interest in the
culinary field is in the cold kitchen: appetizers, salads, and other cold foods. And i am an amateur baker.
Before moving to Oregon i lived in Alexandria, VA for almost my entire childhood.
It was hard leaving all my friends behind but i hope
to get adjusted here soon.
