What is happening to Americans? Are they afraid to speak out? Do they just don't care?
This is our country. Our Life. Americans MUST get involved in our country or continue to lose until "Democracy" is completely GONE.
The United States of America is "Democracy", a government in which the people hold supreme power and social equality. The current laws support "Dictatorship", a tyranny of ‘abuse of power’. Jeopardizing the security and future security of the people and this country.
The United States Government is for the whole, all people, yet laws are continuously passed to favor corporations, professionals, and the rich. Creating more "abuse of powers" over the people.
This generation will remember 9-11. The terrorist attack on our country. As people watched the news, they were sad and angry. Over time, people and future generations will forget, just as they do everything else.
Americans leave everything, all decisions, to their government. A government of ordinary people. They are just people. People whom are power and money hungry. People whom make laws for their own benefit. This is not the American way.
Work Injury is a serious issue in this country. One where dictatorship, a tyranny of "abuse of power" has taken over. Thousands of people are continuously thrown into this abuse.
Those whom have never been injured at work, haven't a clue of what is really happening. How their own life, children and future generations are in jeopardy. They haven't a clue of the tremendous, inhumane, devastation that awaits them. The rights, liberties and justice that are just mere words. How many thousands of people are continuously destroyed, because of work injuries.
With the loss of American rights and uncivilized nature of people, humanity is lost. Each person believing it couldn't happen to them. They are an American with rights. They are good, hard working people.
Citizens whom haven't been thrown into the inhumane, workers' compensation system, look down on injured workers. Believing that injured workers are just lazy and trying to get money. Not caring about the truth, inhumane treatments, loss of rights and liberties. False opinions destroy.
The real truth is: 95% of injured workers are actually injured. Like anything else, there is only a small handful of people, trying to deceive and gain money.
The injured worker, does not gain. They lose. The small money awards do not cover the great loses. Loses of medical costs, treatment, past loss of income, future loss of income and legal fees.
People lose their homes and lives. They can't support their self or their families. Suicides are committed from the terrible pains, suffering and loss of hope. Trapped in the workers compensation system, the injured worker has no control over their life. It is taken away. Freedom? Think again.....
More people are forced to go on social security disability, depleting it more. People are forced to search for medical help through state programs. To survive, injured workers, have to rely on "tax dollars" for programs to help them get back into the work force, if possible.
The true workers compensation system? Complete control and tyranny. Injured workers are humiliated, harassed, ridiculed and written up. Doctor appointments are only, by permission and controlled by the employer and insurance company. When and if allowed to see a medical doctor, it has to be their doctor. Doctors whom have no interest in medical care. Workers compensations primary concern is to lessen the liability. Many times doing nothing for the injured worker. Pills are given to shut up the injured worker and try to cover up their pain. Needed surgeries are not performed, delayed or blotched. Causing compounded or progressive injuries, damages and deseases. Injured workers are forced to try and work with the injuries, until they can no longer do it. Injured workers are left in terrible pain, suffering, at home, with no help. They aren't allowed to go to an emergency room or doctor of choice, unless they will pay all extremely high medical costs,out of pocket. Employers say, "Whelp, I don't know what to tell you". Injured workers are fired for getting injured or unable to keep up. Injured workers are punished and placed on jobs, to difficult. Injured workers have no rights.
The above paragraph is only a partial account of what actually happens in the workers compensation system. But, who cares? People aren't important. What our government does isn't important. Right?
The American people better wake up and start doing something about the "Dictatorship" that is replacing our "Democracy". Or, one day, they will wake up to Communism.
Freedom of choice? Today, Americans have the right to speak out or not. Americans are showing their colors.
My colors? The Red, White and Blue. I am speaking out for our country, our people. The tyranny in the workers compensation system must be addressed, by the citizens of this country.
