12th July: Albion Recovering: Albion a recovering from a trouncing today after losign at home to Emley in a friendly at Dimple wells. The final score was 4-0 and goals from Mark Wilson (2), Mick Norbury and a Simeon Bambrook penalty completed the rout for Emley. They put out a very strong side and should certainly be challenging for title honours in the Premier Division this season. Virtually their full team played against Albion yesterday so Albion could boast they played a potetial Conferance standard team.

22nd July: First Friendly: Albions first friendly ended in a 1-1 draw with Unibond Prem. side Bradford PA. This was a very creditable preformance from albion and the result was well deserved.

27th June: League Cup draw: Albion have been drawn in group six along with:
