7TH ANNUAL McGILL TEAM CHALLENGE 2002

ENTRY FEE:
$10 per event
$150 per roster. Men's and women's teams are separate rosters.

ACCOMODATIONS:
Quality Hotel, 3440 Avenue du Parc

SCORING SYSTEM:
7,5,4,3,2,1 for 1ST to 6TH place

AWARDS:
Prizes for the top 3 in each event including relays.

Note:
No additions should be made after the deadline
Substitutions can be made in relay events or where athletes are already
Entered in the meet.

On Friday, January 18, 2002 please send a complete team roster with full names and individual event entries with seed performances.
IMPORTANT:
On Thursday, January 24, 2002, all teams must e-mail their final declaration confirming all entries, scratches, and substitutions by 4:00 p.m.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Team packages will be handed out at the coaches' hospitality suite on Friday evening at 10:00 p.m., Quality Hotel (room number will be available at the hotel reception). Or can be collected the next day at the meet.

FACILITIES:
Please bring your own locks and towels

SPIKE LENGTH:
7mm max.

COACHES:
Please ensure that athletes pick up their awards.

A late fee of $10 per event will be charged for anyone entered after the deadline
