Dear Coach:
I would prefer that you use download and use ENTRYDSK a computer program to submit your entries to our meet. Outlined below are the steps you need to follow.
If you find this task too difficult, then you can simply type your entries into the body of an email message or send me an attachment with your by email instead.

PLEASE PRINT THIS PAGE NOW and follow the below instructions to use ENTRYDSK

A. Steps for Downloading the “ENTRYDSK” Program
1. download ENTRYDSK program

2. click on the link Disk Entry for McGill Team Challenge

3. watch where (name of folder) your computer places this file (usually it places it in Program Files) so you can find the file and open it after downloading

4. using Windows Explorer or My Computer, open the folder, look for a file called Entries, and click on it

5. click on Setup in the WinZip Self-Extractor program

6. click on OK in the next window (Entries by Easyware setup)

7. watch where (name of folder) your computer places ENTRYDSK (usually it is in Program Files) then click on the button with the monitor icon (top left of screen)

8. click on Continue in the next window (no need to change anything here)

9. using Windows Explorer or My Computer, open the folder, look for a file called Entrydsk, and click on it

10. finally click on the file ENTRYDSK and you are in the EASY Meet Manager ENTRIES PROGRAM

B. Steps for using ENTRIES PROGRAM

1. click on File and Print Events (you need these to do your entries)

2. next, click on Help and read or print the instructions you need

3. use only 1 window/screen per individual (you can enter one individual into as many as 6 individual events 1 window/screen) and do not enter individuals in relay events

4. use only 1 window for all Relay teams per one sex (i.e. 4x2, 4x4, and 4x8)

5. recommend that you complete entries for all of one sex first then do the other

6. do not type in Bib Number (we will assign those after receiving all entries)

7. note that when you type names, please do not use all CAPS but when you type team name, it will automatically use CAPS

8. note that when you type in seed times/distances, DO NOT punctuate just type the required numbers (times to 1/100 and distances to 1/10 with no period or colon)

e.g. 4:36.0 is typed in as 43600 and 15.22 is typed 1522

9. once all entries are completed for both sexes, exit Enter Athletes, click on File

10. finally, place a disk in you’re a: drive, then click on Compress Data for Email, choose a: drive, type your university name in box FILENAME, click on OK, exit the program, and email the disk in your a: drive as an attachment to:
