NYU Breakthrough for Civilization: Transporter Construction & Successful Usage: September, 2002.
"If you only want to make people appreciate you, you can have a Teletubbie (no affiliation) as your role model. But if you want to change the world to increasingly improve civilization by leaps and bounds, you will need the courage to logically and clearly reveal the correct answers, and then when needful, in the course of being helpful you will prototypically have to point to everyone else (save Christ) and tell them they were wrong [or applicably relatively incomplete, typically revered as same] and the solutions you found are right."--Dr. Bob Benchoff, February 18, 2003.

One year after the World Trade Center Towers terrorism strikes, Frank Gagliardo of the World Trade Center engineering team worked to protect this nation from further terrorism, primary system malfunctions, and natural disasters, explaining the need for concerted effort at all levels for the optimal technological solution, so he had Dr. Bob Benchoff of A Check Exact (and also of pertinent eleemosynary excathedra see a.co-inc.com) teach him (and others, that is, the team comprized of dignitaries, more specifically only the top leaders applicable, meaning those of top expertise specifically invited to attend the special concise course, originally also inclusive of certain top NYU staff for their luminace as accurately portrayed not to calumniate or contemn herein but rather for correctness expected to be to some degree of electric and/or physics expertise and able to comprehend the lesson at least marginally according to their barony, although since the NYU staff personnel admitted in supportive thinking respectfully in concerted verification of nationally rated Universities (Reference: many various nonaffiliated published sources) that they didn't understand the advanced technically germanely emulatatively applicable precept jargon (see Note A below to review how Dr. Bob Benchoff changed this for project affine through using that which they understood as given, with applied aoristic viva voce conversion into a success story for NYU), they for the greater part not making the effort to attend or of bromidic as per financial and/or codicological effort to interact with Dr. Bob Benchoff separately from the main event, with their representational counterpart in attendance soon left the class forfeiting their credit opportunity, but retaining unique au courant top level educational experience at no extra cost to NYU via compliments of Dr. Benchoff, with top non-NYU officials remaining through the balance of the courses: see NYU Student Union, Internet, faxes, conference calls, interviews (see Pennsylvania Education System future, and reference phone conferences and meetings, such as with emeritus educators Frank Melega who honored Dr. Bob Benchoff with Gridiron Museum (recognition according to Dr. Bob Benchoff's Internet work and pertinent New Rochelle, NY, Ultrastudios Director Mmobuosi support by Dr. Bob Benchoff, and similarly NYU / Global Prints educational support services), and Lenora Melega who years previous received gratis giant clear crystals several pounds each from Dr. Bob Benchoff for her above and beyond the call of duty classroom teaching demonstrations), and New York City and surrounding areas off-campus course information below) the optimal practical solution with regard to the given physics of the situation. This was done by Dr. Benchoff as previously for Waukesha Electric, the top experts in their field.
Please note that the measure of being the best in knowledge, education, performance, skill, ability, and similar comes from standardization comparisons such as provided by A Check Exact. Not only to be the best, but to be measured as being the best in any given area, logically is not subject to vote or other bias advocacy. The correct measure is an objective mathematical prenotion determination, or in lay terms, a go/no go accountability checklist (see internal objectivity, and other, accountability limitations below) necessarily incorporating degree of performing excellence via measurement of rates of more exaction than simple deviation interpolations (reference sigmatic equationing to the delimiting asymptote [anti-derivational] (meaning point concentric circle representing on unit being one factor such as one student, being excluded via the sigmoidal wave form line) pragmatic sanction methodology, for example, given applicable history the more accurate prediction of the future learning of the prentice is not of the prentice but is of the lesson plan). Typically, government measures minimum requirements, similarly accreditation agencies measure minimum requirements (see classified A Check Accreditation Agency information below). Such government and accreditation agencies measure worst case scenarios, such as to see if a University qualified for a license or such as to see if a University qualifies for accreditation. Due to excathedra noted above, and quality quantification experience in leadership of leaders, A Check Exact is relatively totally unique in the field according to results objectively mathematically proven as detailed in the A Check Exact business startup period summary published at that time, and subsequential analyses (classified by Dr. Benchoff relative to the Lanham Act, see A Check Exact News for further info), and not to ignore subjectivity verification, as indicated by benchmarking; in other words, uniquely as part of the A Check Exact system, not only minimum requirements are delimited, but also maximum leaderships in the applicable fields are deduced within Heisenberg Law of Uncertaintanty control parameters, such as for example via the double blind technique uniquely used in the educational design field according to A Check Exact findings and according to top expert organizations' (such as noted within this site) feedback.
Therefore it was mathematically correct of Frank Gagliardo via Westinghouse / Siemens in unity of effort with Waukesha Electric, via Ryerson Tull, to obtain the educational and other guidance as provided via superaltern A Check Exact imprimatur for NYU. So A Check Exact provided the minimum for the project (educational services plus pertinent technical acceptance investigative services) as required, plus at no added fee to NYU A Check Exact provided NYU with above and beyond the call of duty services to the quantitative maximum mathematical limit as described above, plus to a lesser degree according to A Check Exact Quality Assurance parameters additional qualitative A Check Exact eleeymosynary services appropriate to the educationally evaluative and counseling industry: rendering NYU as fitting for a sense of success resultant accolades.
Therefore, please note that the NYU knowledge delimitation is not meant to be interpreted as a slight against NYU (quite the contrary), but is for A Check Exact assignment of the mathematical determination of outstanding University achievement poignancy by NYU amidst peer Universities, and to help the NYU students, and other United States patriots, in understanding perfectly, devoid of the politics of education; having NYU vicariously as the indirect source of financial benefit on the one hand, in exchange in counterbalance as a minimum for properly mathematically yielding the NYU need for Dr. Benchoff to teach them in specific advanced applications of reasoning, as performed and as recommended for the future success of NYU; as supportively evidenced by A Check Exact's meteoric rise and control of leadership (see United States Secretary of Education for further details). All at no additional cost to NYU or other, except as freely provided by A Check Exact (by volunteer Dr. Bob Benchoff, supplemental to typical paid duties for NYU, project head Westinghouse, and direct sponsor Waukesha Electric), the NYU students and other patriot students of science benefit according to dignitaries / funding of advanced education directives, the NYU students benefit according to direct on-campus / Student Union interfacing with Dr. Benchoff (with demonstration equipment) freely provided by A Check Exact after successfully completing the transporter evaluation, initial applications inspections, teaching, construction, testing, analysis, and results, and the NYU students and other patriot students of science benefit according to visits to this and linked applicably beneficial sites.
Flag at New Rochelle, across from Long Island on the horizon.
Faced with the fact that after Pearl Harbor was attacked government said "We must not let this happen again.", Dr. Bob Benchoff determined via the process of elimination, to comprehensively logically assess the reasonably practical choices to derive the optimum solution within the time frame and project parameters.
Theoretically, this simply requires the modification until correctness is achieved of 1,000 data bits per neuron. In other words, theoretically a patient can have their individual decision choices altered until desired mental perfection is achieved, provided the changing system is perfect.
Magnificent theories are of course superb, unfortunately all too often the difficulty is not only deriving the acceptable practical solution with the publishing of the discovery, but getting the right experts to read (or hear) and UNDERSTAND how splendid those complex ideas are for immediate applications and in the future wholistically.
For example, Dr. Benchoff put one of Steve Jobs' original computers with a collector value of perhaps $1,000 on eBay (no affiliation) for friend Mrs. Glenna Shattuck, an 82 year old computer genius. Information detailed her software included in the offer. Dr. Benchoff invited bidding starting at $1.00.
There were no bids. Dr. Benchoff held another auction starting at $75, giving a picture but little info. Many were interested and bidding went up to $100. Someone got a fantastic deal, although they could have had it for $1.00. They wanted the computer at a price indicating it had value, and they got it.
The point is, Glenna's software was perhaps worth 10,000 times more than the computer (to the cognizant promotional group), likely being worthy of a movie.
Years ago our Internet and computer inventing forefathers took copy machine principles and digitally applied them to DOS. Now, instead of replacing copy machine principles with DOS, Dr. Bob Benchoff has combined these two concepts for practical transporter solutions, in regard to emulation of the original; and also for replicability, and for signal carrier applications.
Above: Steve Wozniak, Steve Jobs, Paul Allen, and little Billy Gates.
Therefore Dr. Benchoff's optimal practical solution needed to be sufficiently simple to understand and of such suitably low cost [actually effectively profitable indirectly relative to the victim party as a whole to such an extent as to negate the need for further funding planned by some] as to be considered necessary by those so authorized according to their applicable involvement.
In other words, the structure was built to serve a minor purpose, yet it's value to academia and our future is unfathomable, just as one might compare the placing of a stick into the hole of a round rock and the wheel is invented.
So getting the right experts to construct something of small but vital importance, enabled the start of something few have realized. Dr. Benchoff brought specialized computerized equipment when he flew to the University. The special equipment would be incorporated into the system as the heart of the system.
Not simply being mathematical type computerization, the equipment enabled movement within the material of the giant steel structure. In other words, for the University's connection with the New York State's main electrical power lines, these material movements within steel and spuriously within the structure (inclusive of it's pertinent energy) as a whole controlled by Dr. Bob Benchoff combined old theories to produce new practically demonstrated useful and reliable results for the immediate functionality desired, and also for the successful conceptual growth of matter / energy interfacing advancements with respect to esoteric thinking relative to the time space continuum for the proven abstract.
All too often theories are proffered without proof, here was the proof with all pertinent factors. As the Intel Representative for Charlotte, NC, for instance, Dr. Bob Benchoff routinely visits top computer experts and tests them on their expertise in the latest computer technologies, such as computer / machine advancements, equipment signaling interactivity, MCSA / MCSE-Core emulation, and so on. Yet when Dr. Benchoff wrote specifications for them and offered them a top position for simply compiling a list of the equipment and software (then currently new but readily available to them) for recognizing people relative to relocation (they didn't even have to figure the stated theory, that was all done for them), not one of them could even come up with one brand name.
So, even though it was their job to know it, they were incapable of mentally overcoming the schism that separates advocacy from standardization. If they were told something routine to their field of expertise, even something new, they could repeat it. But if they were given a motif from a different school of thought, they were halt for their own mental protection (in other words for their own mental self-satisfaction laziness and pleasure), that is jargon from one field often contradicts jargon from another field.
For instance, typically currently popular electromechanical sensitivity in ultrasonics is better with small energy waves, but the opposite is true of used gamma energy due to undesirable silver anomalies. So a lazy person, for instance, involved in a gamma study might not be as able to understand ultrasonic calibration due to their self-created schismatic paradigm limitations. Hence they advocate their former old ways tendenitiously, vicarious to acceptance of the far greater value.
Above is the Doctors University of New York Math Building.
The inviting of peers and others to be a part of monumental acvancements in worldly reasoning, and/or at their discretion to skeptically witness (in this case in supportive proof of the so proven results) was richly rewarding and of great scientific value in having acclaimed such advancements have been achieved. So, student of science and logic, we see that sharing of information and unified effort is proper, contrarywise to the concept of so-called "Ivory Towers" and divisioning to protect oneself financially or otherwise.
Prior to Dr. Bob Benchoff visiting the Doctors University of New York, Dr. Benchoff made announcement to top pertinent staff there to let them know of his plans to visit and teach there.
The value of that announcement is moot as the excited professor representation flooded Dr. Benchoff with self-focused junk email, and there was the associated phone / NYU secretarial work. The point being, the professors and staff leadership there are excellent, but in their own field, being according to routine NYU program; or if otherwise, they gave no appropriate indication of pertinent skills intrinsic to the project at hand. As John Updike commented, "Four years was enough of Harvard. I still had a lot to learn, but had been given the liberating notion that now I could teach myself." So, according to what was taught to those by Dr. Benchoff (see below "top NYU official"), their work turned that NYU problem into an NYU victory, at least in part, as individual concerns subsided and team effort took effect.
Dr. Bob Benchoff's teaching was anything but routine with regard to NYU, although the teaching was totally routine with regard to the logical advancement of physics within national and international realms of cognizant standardization bodies, such as ISO / Compendium, MIL-STD-410, and so on, field typically not discussed at Universities in great detail as compared to specific high tech training centers (Note: If you are a recently graduated Doctor specialized in physics and want to start useful {vicarious to ancillary education professorship and/or theory only} application work process studies, for the novice you can train with Spartan, Hellier, ASNT, AWS, or other similar groups {no affiliation}, or you can advance directly with A Check Exact {please note that as A Check Exact is currently moving from merely a college to being an accreditation body, see below, A Check Exact has a backlog of applications from people desiring to become A Check Exact students, hence the growing need for A Check Exact to accredit other schools}).
Far more important than some individual professor's self-concern with protecting their own job, and so important is the concept of working together as a team, that great efforts are made for reversing those selfish trends, such as when Dr. Benchoff was on the ASNT Board of Directors, serving as lauded cognizant Chairman fully funding and initiating his concept of the first annual Technical Writers competition, for individuals who shared their technical writing information, with the first trophy and large endowment going to Matthew Novak. The standing ovations among knowledge esoterically revered and self restrained and staunch industrial leaders at meetings whenever Dr. Benchoff discussed the Technical Writers competition [or anti-competition] was unprecedented.
One surprizingly effectual benefit (not the purpose of the work, yet related) via reverse logic in giving away and sharing, subsequent sales and profitability skyrocketed for involved parties, such as the sale of divisions where Dr. Benchoff worked because there was too much business, so other companies were brought-in to separately handle the high profit overflow (Note: including when Dr. Benchoff requested and received a transfer, his former division was immediately sold, and the company millionaire president retired).
Adjacent to the Math Building is the entrance to the huge Power Generation Building where Dr. Benchoff taught.
Behind the structure within it's safety (in case of mishap) barriers (huge earthen dikes comprised of perhaps hundreds of tons of earth and rock), and it's security cyclone fencing with rows of barbed wires, is the electrical compound. Frank Gagliardo of the World Trade Center engineering team had rightly years prior pointed-out to NYU the importance of putting coatings on the concrete slabs for protection, and Dr. Benchoff pointed-out that the NYU compromise of the safety system (not only specific to the dike abatement as Dr. Benchoff taught with regard to state law, but also to all safety system repercussively triggered tactical components) was not only unprincipled by NYU in terms of ecology and even illegal in the several states including OSHA safety infractions (Dr. Benchoff oversees OSHA inspections elsewhere, but OSHA inspections by A Check Exact for NYU has never been requested by NYU {Note: OSHA checks minimum requirements, while A Check Exact certifies same plus checks paradigm} for safety, resource, and fund optimization as a whole, see minimum / maximum discussion above) as well as undermining and ignoring applicable environmental legislation both in letter and in spirit, but also engendered concerns that collectively greater disasters could threaten universal power stability for NYU. Therefore Dr. Benchoff recommended NYU do their part and adhere to the advice provided by Frank Gagliardo, Westinghouse/Siemens, Waukesha Electric, A Check Exact, and the engineering team as a whole. Safety should not be ignored, even with regard to coating since, transmission leakage could trigger electric bolts of subsurface [lightening] in lines unpredicted by NYU.
In other words, for NYU to rely on itself [a theoretically based educational system] rather than on the applicably knowledgeable experts of years of practical experience, is perhaps in understatement reckless, if not simply illegal. As evidenced and as widely known in the industry as "book smart" (hence not to single-out NYU, but to provide greater value for all) in reference to those who fall subject to admiration of theory only while failing to care about useful applications of theory (which usefulness represents the greater part of perfection, reference authors of various related works, including "...10% inspiration and 90% perspiration", or in other words faith without charity is hollow), NYU theory only stance holds that no problem can occur (thereby NYU contradicts AWS) if components are properly manufactured, but since NYU did not adhere to legal, specification, and/or manufacturer guideline compliance, NYU may have cut itself off from the head, so to speak. In other words, vibration suppression via the coating recommended by Frank Gagliardo, for example, could perhaps have prevented the subsequent catastrophe (with regard to the project / September), so instead of blaming the manufacturer, NYU should correct it's theories and policies for inclusion of the serious advice of these experts. After all, the giant electrical aparatus was tested and found OK before NYU started using it, and as any geophysicist can tell you, when ice gets into [foundation] cracks, it expands and widens the cracks, weakening and finally destroying the structure, whether electrotransporteral or other.
Also, as any physicist and/or electrician worth their salt can tell you, it's not just about the electrical energy produced and/or converyed by the superstructure, it is also about the electrical ground, and when water or other conductive vehicles enter gaps, that superstructure becomes victimized by spurious ground shocks, and not likely at points of optimal contact. NYU should have known better and should not have had to have been reprimanded for their premeditated wreckless disregard for life (inclusive of top United States experts) whose fatalities, or those fatalities from associated system failures wholistically, could be prevented; and worthy of mention is the abhorrent cost of NYU image detriment in association with not only enrollment, but also with regard to funding as financiers do not want to fund those types of forensics endeavors; and worthy of mention is the loss to professors (including jobs) and students if the power system fails due to wanton cost cutting of an insignificant expenditure intended not only for beautification, but more importantly for human and system safety.
Such rare high voltages, amperages, and flux densities should not be handled haphazardly by NYU, but should be handled safely, cautiously, and heedfully to the respect indicated by these revered experts. As Bill Devore, pictured below, and Dr. Benchoff discussed, the tremendous energy may give pause even perhaps to the most astute calculating minds, when figuring the power being discussed here. Short cuts are not an option. Bill, for instance, is an engineer for the largest electrical substation manufacturer, and that doesn't happen by guesswork or cutting corners. Especially when such rare power is involved, it is essential to not only do it right the first time, but to give a little extra effort, even if that means an extra perhaps 25% or 250% in terms of time and money because good quality is not simply found at the nib of a mathematician's or an accountant's pen.
Believe it or not, companies that are concerned about quality do exist, and they spend more time and money than other companies on quality, and their customers appreciate it, their employees enjoy doing a good job, and their successful track record preceeds them; furthermore, those are the companies that garner leverage and become cornerstones of this great nation.
Therefore it was a great victory for NYU to not only be made aware of these problems, but to be given solutions at no significant cost to NYU relative to the safety for human life, and relative to the billions of dollars applicable as a whole relative to public image for all United States schools who would benefit at least indirectly from NYU overcoming these problems. Now NYU can rest assured they have the complete applicable information necessary for uninterrupted viability and future planning. This comes with NYU's new victory in understanding that the right team of experts can provide cost-effective solutions on target, with the renewed understanding that trend analysis, progress, and quality take time, therefore, NYU inviting the team back relative to the overseeing of the correctional progress would complete the transition for NYU quality concerns for NYU commendations.
So NYU was able to overcome those tremendous concept barriers through the new understanding that one safe cost savings solution developed by the right team can solve multiple problems, whether due to human error, systematic oversight, or other. Reference the inside back cover of Consulting Engineer Specifying's On-Peak Performance (no affiliation unless otherwise stated) magazine, November, 2002, discussing (with pictures, including their six megawatt engine) how Waukesha worked with applicable experts to solve unrelated problems with one lower-cost-for-all solution.
In the center of the NYU power supply compound Dr. Benchoff conducted the experiment tests prior to construction of the transporter device. Dr. Benchoff took it upon himself from the start to see to it that proper safety controls applicable to his part as required by the then current project were applied, at no added fee to NYU.
After construction, transporter success not only had great impact on our future, it also revealed flawless equipment to the extent tested via the transporter, perhaps saving NYU hundreds of thousands of dollars pertinent to immediate concerns, while enabling Dr. Benchoff to approve that portion of the project toward giving NYU professors tumultuous energy to run their ancillary independent program scientific studies and operations.
In the old days, people used to metaphorically speak of the Iron Curtain (with reference to the limitation of free speech in Europe) as the mental barrier. Today, non-euphamistically, we can speak of the mental giant that is the iron curtain. We have pushed through the envelope of hypocrasy with peacefully constructive signals conveyed more easily through iron than through air, communicating not only form, but substance in agreement with the natural harmonics of freely controlled power.
Although tiny and old, even this electric unit and similar (not shown) were used when the power was rerouted for Dr. Benchoff prior to their superannuation.
In breathing life into, so to speak, or in dealing with so many mainline electrical power units, substations, connections, and so on (Note: Virtually all electrical power systems, communications systems, and ground inclusive of water systems, rail systems, electromagnetic wave systems, and so on are interconnected / interrelated.) in direct relation to the project, as well as indirect inferences, give credit to NYU for leading the path in applied theory through appropriate subcontractor expertise.
For example, theorists, such as of NASA, discuss wrapping the earth (or outer space) with a wire so when the earth revolves nearly perpetual electrical energy is produced. Yet theory practical application experts, such as at Westinghouse Siemens, Waukesha Electric, and A Check Exact know this has already been done and the results have been recorded.
Not only do communications lines wrap the earth (including electromagnetic, laser, and others), but even rail road lines give the results needed for proper analysis. For instance, Dr. Bob Benchoff of A Check Exact controlled NASA work such as over radiation, plasma, and so on. At one time Dr. Benchoff brought his wife Linda Benchoff (another expert in the field, such as applicable visual inspection, and simultaneously Quality Assurance Manager of both Distribution Technologies and A Check Exact during startup). While there was proper clearance, a large mass of guards (with nine police cars) suddenly appeared (due to their internal security error). The point being, intelligence was not about the buildings they were protecting (those particular buildings contained no secrets, there were even tours open to the public), it should have been about the experts.
This is not about blame, such as security, NYU, government, or other accountability, except within each person. Romans 8.21: "Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God."
It is not the fault of the NYU or other groups that problems occur, but it is remiss to ignore same, wrongly self-centeredly thinking there is no room for improvement. To improve, we must reason within ourselves individually and then collectively to logically discern the proper path. Without correct information we can hardly do this, and correct information is not sided for the sole purpose of saving face. We must claim our mistakes responsibly, lest we become snared within our own devices.
For instance, at the start of the space race the Soviets were ahead. Instead of US government readily revealing the information, they chose to conceal it from US citizens, including many US scientists. This is especially significant given US is a free enterprise system, so the Soviets got further ahead. So, for instance, when astronaut and government official John Glenn wrote to Dr. Benchoff, it was clear USA had taken a back seat and the Soviets at least temporarily had taken the driver's seat.
Similarly, for instance, when Dr. Benchoff, giving a lot of advance notice, invited NYU's Dr. John Metzger, instead of an appropriate response, a political type diversion was made, and Dr. Benchoff was invited to an economic conference held by dignitaries. Nice, but it had nothing to do with the point. Dr. Metzger was clearly contacted for his applicable engineering skills, such as involving his understanding of nuclear rocket research, not for other matters. As for finances aside from certain optional added services, the project already had the necessary funding (except NYU's safety program, see above and J. Edgar Hoover Foundation / FBI [Note: Philadelphia's renowned educator Lisa Katz, and others such as at California University and Eberly University, nicknamed Dr. Benchoff "Edgar"]).
It would not have cost anything for Dr. Metzger to walk (with or without students) to us at the appropriate time and witness the event. One top NYU official was infuriated that Dr. Metzger and other NYU staff didn't bother to show-up, and immediately got on his cell phone get Dr. Metzger's number and to talk with other NYU staff personnel (see above, how this turned into a victory for, and to the benefit of, Dr. Metzger, top NYU staff, and NYU as a whole).
In general, NYU was very helpful and kind to Dr. Benchoff, such as providing Dr. Benchoff with a secretary (which for some reason Emmett Hicks didn't want Dr. Benchoff to use, so Dr. Benchoff had to hire another excessively expensive company, CMX / HJ (another location on Long Island where A Check Exact also provided educational services, such as to Manager Michael Sinnot and to many CMX / HJ customers), to perform secretarial functions), and providing Dr. Benchoff with a special unlimited Faculty parking permit to park anywhere. Although despite wrong directions, when Dr. Benchoff arrived at the right location on time, Dr. Benchoff was sent away by ignorant NYU Power Generation Building employees, causing a great problem in terms of time and money for Westinghouse / Siemens, Waukesha Electric, and others, as crews waited on NYU for Dr. Benchoff's clearance.
NYU's administration clerks didn't know what was going-on, and NYU's security tried to help but didn't know what to do, and for lack of NYU in-house communications it wasn't until NYUs maintenance head Wally Wilson arrived that Dr. Benchoff could start his work.
The point being you can have a great idea, yet to move that idea from theory to implemention is the hard part. Relying on others to do their jobs doesn't sound as if it's asking too much, but the truth is, it requires a lot of time and effort on your part to see that they do their jobs properly. Dr. Benchoff could have done so much more, but Dr. Benchoff spent by far most of his time waiting for others, often having to tell them in managerial terms, what they had done wasn't good enough.
If you are going to improve civilization by leaps and bounds, you need to be an expert in all of their fields so you can oversee their work, point-out deficiencies, and tell them what the project needs from them for success. When the NYU Power Generation employees sent Dr. Benchoff on a wild goose chase, Dr. Benchoff didn't blame them at the time and sucked-up responsibility for their mistakes (such as getting spoken-to harshly by Frank Gagliardo) because getting the project operational was far more important than any petty skirmish, and that's what you need to do if you are give civilization far-reaching and profound benefits.
If we are to seek (perpetual or) nearly perpetual energy as a team, then we need to address systematic pitfalls and/or systematically inherent resistance. Teachers that profess theory but ignore application are akin to students daydreaming during the lecture.
Likewise, accountants devoid of application nature experience can hardly be expected to lead design progress properly. If we truly are to address the fundamentals of the advancement of civilization, then let's do it properly, using the same reasoning any juror would use. It is of vital importance that we hold accountants accountable for improper financial short cuts. And while not as severe, let's work beforehand to figure fair and just ways to hold professors responsible for applications of their theories and for their student learning rate (to some minimal degree), and let's similarly scrutinize our own personal paradigms with logic that requires responsibility. Let's work to do these to no loss of freedom or comfort to those who righteously work to take their responsibility seriously.
Then with authority we can start to work within the context of the above common denominators being pertinent goals of all the systems and subsystems of the physiologic organism (as coined by Dr. Schneck, Professor Emeritus, Virginia Tech) as they operate according to five laws of physics being continuity equation of mass, conservation of energy, thermodynamics loss (from intended), linear and angular momentum. These being relative to the human body as well as to engineering (reference the Editor's Page of American Laboratory (no affiliation unless otherwise stated) magazine, February 2003).
Shown here are experts in their fields: Emmett Hicks of North Carolina pointing, Frank Gagliardo of New Jersey, middle, and Bill Devore of New York, right, along with other experts.
Here Emmett was pointing to where Dr. Bob Benchoff recommended the covariation starting point of the transporter be built into the electric power system. Emmett and Bill are Waukesha Electric engineers. Frank is with Siemens / Westinghouse Emergency Service. High above them is where the New York State's main electrical power lines connect to the unit.
Just as building the first useful wheel may have been for the purpose of grinding wheat into flour, the construction of this transporter had an immediate purpose...and so much more, inclusive of Dr. Benchoff's previously proven tachyon disclosures to Waukesha Electric personnel such as Emmett (seen above), Quality Assurance Manager Jeff Diamond, and their other experts. All the right ingredients and/or components were there for that which was far more valuable.
Not only was triangulation performed by A Check Exact as requested by Waukesha Electric, but also quincunx was proffered at NYU by Dr. Benchoff (see related Ryerson / Tull discussion below).
Frank wanted Dr. Benchoff to oversee the main electrical power contacts throughout New York City. So at no extra charge, in addition to the transporter matter at hand, Dr. Benchoff taught Frank control considerations, but otherwise didn't want to be bothered with that at that time, due to the greater importance of what monumental breakthrough was taking place, right there, right then; landmark history was being made, and the importance of this great historic event might not even be realized by others for years to come.
Frank and the team were more than anxious for Dr. Benchoff to arrive, nervously calling all applicable people at all available numbers to ensure Dr. Benchoff would arrive safely, on time as scheduled. And Dr. Benchoff was anxious to explain, but neither those Representatives on site, nor those dignitaries met after elsewhere in New York after success had a grasp of the greater part of what Dr. Benchoff was doing.
Teaching commenced with a proven technique of practical application (initial hands-on evaluation using rare high tech equipment) for all to see. Such [learning by doing] educational technique has a learning ratio said to be nearly 100% more effective than the traditional classroom technique (Reference C.S.C.C.C. Advanced Education).
As complexities increased, students dwindled, while Dr. Benchoff encouraged them toward the next educational technique in the control complex (see below) starting with explaining the limitations of state-of-the-art computers, and quickly moving-on to matter / energy interfaces of signals, and mode conversions; and by the time the discussion got around to transference growth matrix congruency sustaining tangential helix capture rates, no one wanted to endure further teaching.
Yet these problem and/or problem trend areas were turned into successes for NYU and the team as a whole (see wave discussion above and Note A below), as Dr. Benchoff moved the project's state of progress from educational only to hand-on success. For instance, at the start of the project Frank Gagliardo said he didn't know how A Check Exact's high tech equipment worked, but after Dr. Benchoff taught his first class at NYU with Frank in attendance, Frank could now likely pass a MIL-STD-410 UT Level I examination.
Dr. Benchoff's similar previous teaching at Waukesha Electric in Goldsboro, NC, had gone into more depth including how it has been demonstrated via special slurry controls that people have moved faster than the speed of light. During that teaching session, Dr. Benchoff used his equipment to produce energy, the type of which that team had never before seen; with the exception of Emmett who had otherwise had some experience around same.
Emmett and the team exhibited outstanding pertinent successes during the involvement. For example, working closely together with Bill, they were able to overcome the vacuum problem without implosion or warpage of the perhaps twenty foot steel vault.
The experts, including from Ryerson / Tull (not shown) made plans to bring a gigantic crane and use steel girders to reposition the giant electrotransporter aparatus for Dr. Benchoff in 2003. But Dr. Benchoff privately did some gratis work for them with detailed illustrations to help them understand some of the basics. A few faxes and a conference call for Dr. Benchoff to answer all their questions was all that was needed, with a value to them likely of millions of dollars, in consideration of future projects.
The top Ryerson / Tull expert was amazed and gasped that he had never seen such clear and good work as presented by Dr. Benchoff. The half hour of work not only saved equipment costs, but also saved countless manhours for teams of specialists; while optimizing power on time for the New York University.
Above is a wall perhaps 100' long, full of electrical control panels in the auxiliary control complex.
Here the monitoring and rerouting of New York's electric power was done. It brought memories of scenes from the movie Forbidden Planet (no affiliation).
Power was brought to a halt at the new substations in preparation for the hands-on transporter control by Dr. Benchoff.
Dr. Benchoff used nearly invisible crystals of various sizes. In fact, one of the large crystals known as 704635-SF, about the size of a fist (10" total surface quadrature and 4" second medium contact surface quadrature), was temporarily lost due to a mistake made by one crew's helper.
The worker didn't see the large crystal and wrongly slightly moved some equipment holding the crystal, and the crystal was lost. Dr. Benchoff had all crews stop what they were doing and search for the special crystal. It took a long time, although it was right there in front of us, until Frank Gagliardo caught a glimse of it's reflective shine, and the project was restarted.
Every expert on the team was anxious to help, yet when it comes to useful applications as counterpoint to theory, the expertise cannot be managed away, but must be hands-on accomplished by the applicable expert, for instance, various theorists can be managed and be given formulas to collectively analyze and discuss, but for the useful part of this project the reverse was proper, that is, the applicable expert, Dr. Benchoff, explained to management what was needed instead of management explaining to the expert.
It's similar to a pilot and bombadier scenario, with the pilot representing management and theory, and the bombadier representing the applicable expert and usefulness. The pilot can get the bomb close, but then lets the bombadier take-over to precisely hit the right target. While pilots can provide a ballpark estimate, precision is not something to be left to hope and chance. It is the useful applicable expertise that provides the right solutions.
Education is a continuous process. Just because theories are applied, that does not mean that either solutions or teaching is in any way reduced as compared to largely antiquated traditional classroom studies, in fact, as stated above in the preferred learning by doing scenario is often found in classroom laboratory situations, as well as found in this case at NYU. On site for example, to help, Emmett wanted to try pointing that crystal up (directly toward the top electrical power connections), but Dr. Benchoff explained the opposite needed to be done and it's power was placed in the lower sections and underneath.
Emmett gained a lot of applicable knowledge that day at no extra cost, and his success will serve him throughout his future. Because he got involved, Emmett is a winner and can build on that experience. The losers in this instance are those who didn't bother to show-up after being invited (although they are winners due to "top NYU" official team efforts with Dr. Benchoff, as noted above).
A good professor does not force everyone to pass, yet usually everyone taught of a good professor passes. After Emmett's initial studies with the specially angled crystals at NYU, Emmett gained insight and knowledge enabling him to be of much greater value to the team.
In fact, after the above stated correction when analysis was started of the initial energy modes, Emmett was able to conclude those preliminary results before the teacher. The initial indication was that the strong energy pattern represented energy transmission completely through the region, unrestricted, (pending further investigation, analysis, and conclusion) but alertly Emmett was quick to pointed-out that the energy was rerouted due to a previously undisclosed (similar to an intentional trick: a special cost-savings provision) land feature.
This resulted in the saving of a great deal of time, since the manufacturer of that particular piece of equipment wasted some of the team's time by not providing Dr. Benchoff with that information previously, as otherwise typical to the industry. That particular new piece of equipment represented about 1/4 of the mainline total for NYU. According to electrical genius Bill Devore, the new equipment carried a massive amount of electrical energy, far greatere than the previous lines combined. Bill calculated the amounts for Dr. Benchoff (involving operations inclusive of pie functions of power, New York state line amperages, and other), resulting in, let's just say, astronomical figures.
Emmett and Bill spent much of their time in an extreme precision vacuum study resulting in success. Also Dr. Benchoff pointed-out the high void that Emmett and Bill ordered reconstructed, which resulted in another cost-effective success feature.
The tons of transmission fluid had to remain at a constant temperature to avert explosion, leakage, or other. One benefit to building the transporter was the immediate correction of the plasma leakage field as evidenced by Dr. Benchoff's special signal monitoring equipment.
Dr. Benchoff mainly used a tiny crystal he had personally made for the application, for the main body of the transporter functioning. The tiny crystal was coupled to the above stated crystal, or directly to the New York electrical power connection unit via glycerin and other as applicable, such as amino acids, tetrasodium, propylene glycol, or idopropynyl.
As directed, the team converted the reverse plasticization interference front which was angled at about 40 degrees (inverted angle) into a non-buffer zone. This accomplishment resulted in the finding that precursory examination indications were finally determined to be negative.
Handling the portable main control unit, Dr. Benchoff proceeded to limitlessly (within the bounds of the project) go beyond that point, successfully energizing the entire region.
While there were aerospace concerns, damage to equipment due to intense radiation was significant, yet it was maintained at the proper nominal level, and there never was any endangerment to humans or other life, due to or associated with Dr. Benchoff's work thanks his efforts and thanks to national security and other FAA applicable security technicians (working in New York, Charlotte, and Atlanta; Washington D.C. was not applicable); although one set of safety devices had security scrambling around Dr. Benchoff with various detectors, until he explained to them what was going-on. A Check Exact absorbed the costs of the damaged equipment (which damage actually took place due to security operations inappropriately slow, given the circumstances).
The NYU Student Union also had some tables setup for one of Dr. Benchoff's presentations, but although very many students attended, none of them exhibited an attention span of more than a few seconds, and only talked among themselves. Perhaps the mob of staring security guards caused those affects.
While further educational services were offered by Dr. Benchoff while at NYU (at no extra fee except as otherwise stated in the prearrangements), such free additional educational services were refused, as formal technical discussions are all too often not wanted by the people that need it most. So the project was completed and billed and the information sealed (see Classified below), unless otherwise indicated, and Dr. Benchoff took his equipment and flew back to Atlanta, Georgia.
Later, while in Charlotte, North Carolina, (see conference call above), excitement was rekindled by the powers that be, and renewed interest emerged for further education details. When you make great advancements, you can expect to receive waves of interest interleaved with waves of lack of interest.
So don't be discouraged if you find a lack of interest. Remember for the main part, it's not so much about you, as it is for other people. So when they learn according to their attention spans and according to their trends of interest rates and according to their abilities to mentally deal with the success through meetings with others creating pulses of need yielding patterned waves, then you can predictably expect and accordingly deal-with these knowledge wave forms, and with experience you can optimize future scheduling to guide and accolade their interest according to the applicable measure of advancement respective of that which you have predetermined at the onset of the application of your theory.
A Check Exact, having formed A Check Exact Agency, as of 2/12/03, is working with the United States of America's Secretary of Education to recognize A Check Exact as the Agency in charge of Classified activities.
The Federal Register related criteria, Part 602, has been approved by A Check Exact and so submitted to government. Tramontane surreptitious theft, clandestine stealth to conceal, or malicious misguidance against operands of United States National Security and/or revered United States institutions have been overwhelmed by concerns for intrinsic security within the perspective of the more recent terrorism on-slaught, perpetuating the necessity of attaining untransmographied free enterprise control suitable for aiding the goodly citizens and guests of these United States on all fronts, particularly those strata most subordinate to terrorism and most cherished by United States citizens. These being the nuclear stratum and the aerospace stratum for the greater part (also as evidenced, postal), the greater concern being nuclear as the power plants are begining the wise push to use nuclear weapons grade materials for routine operations, not only for the harnessing of such great power, but also for improving future medical, and environmental health concerns, for our nation as a whole.
In lay terms, government recognition gives A Check Exact sole accreditation power in an anti-terrorist effort, as so stipulated. Last year the FAA, for instance, rejected 13 pilot license applications (figures may vary per source perspectives, as all but two pending as they filed for further reconsideration).
If your school or organization would like to be accredited for classified areas, contact A Check Exact at 10037 Orchard Grass Court, Charlotte, NC 28278. Due to government approval criteria, fees start at $1,000.00 (required for initial consideration, non-refundable) plus group complexity, distance, and similar fees. A school with 20 educators located in a facility in central USA might for example have a total certification fee of $15,000, enabling their students to be precertified for jobs on top patriotic high dollar classified projects.
Heading Classified areas, groups would not only be liable for their own clearance with regard to national security, but also they would be held accountable for those otherwise involved with them.
For example, a terrorist looking to take our latest Classified information and turn it over to their terrorist group would have less ability through A Check Exact, while non-terrorist USA patriots would have no loss of freedom.
The above is what happens when those who are irresponsible accountants are in charge.
Accountants typically do not understand the gravity of situations (Reference: applicable cyclical reasoning discussion): after all, they studied accounting, they did not necessarily study arms deals, city management ordinances, pyrotechnics, glass embrittlement properties, and so on. In other words, an accountant does not normally understand what experts in the field tell them, let alone how to properly plan for the future.
There is something an accountant does understand. If the accountant or purchaser can come in under budget, on the surface that accountant is a hero.
Well, not this time.
As Robert Kibbee stated, "The quality of a university is measured more by the kind of student it turns out than by the kind it takes in."
A Check Exact has a superb record in this regard. Since it's inception, A Check Exact has applied quality quantification standards not only to education, but also to accountability.
While no laws exist requiring A Check Exact to conform to it's more severe policy, clearly good precedent has been established. The subsequent codification of ISO Compendium evidences these principles, yet many groups continue to permit avoidance or evasion by accountants, the financial source of responsibility in many cases.
Abuse of freedom entrusted to accountants is not all consuming, there are many responsibly trustworthy accountants out there, but the lack is horrific. So compelling has the financial accountability problem been, that applicable groups such as AWS and more recently ASNT have written volumes of documents in stop-gap measures to counteract their problem.
Some accountants want things all shiny on the outside, while on the inside they let it be a death trap. Likely every accountant has attended at least one meeting to cut the budget for no good reason other than as one accountant said "Let's see where we can cut the budget." Increasingly companies don't take responsibility to pay as they originally agreed, showing no reasonable integrity except it makes selfish accounting sense to them.
Our government continues to find this the case; just look at the front page of the Wall Street Journal (no affiliation) on any given day. For this NYU work it wasn't certain who would pay A Check Exact (although previously agreed) and it wasn't until the next year, after many calls and letters, that A Check Exact was paid with no late fees paid.
As Malcom Formes put it "Is there any college that puts a premium on good teaching? Is there any university that rewards-in pay and promotion"....
But this is not just about universities or other groups, it is about system failure. Due to a failure to properly recognize system weakness through failure to properly address responsibility criteria in advance, our democratic way of life and free enterprise system suffers.
President George W. Bush is rightly preparing a $95 Billion bill (as of 2/26/03) for congressional approval, to be sent to Iraq (suggested reading: Dr. Benchoff White House Commendations). While this is great leadership, the same principles must be applied to all levels of enterprise (see Note B below).
Experts are used to the Iraqi type of financial hide-and-seek games played here in the US among businesses. As Frank Gagliardo said about a project a year previous, "We probably won't get paid for it."
It used to be that if you did a good job on a project you would get paid with a bonus. As Frank can tell you, that no longer seems to be the case.
If accountants don't get together of their own accord to reasonably hold themselves accountable, as has already started to happen government will step-in and force changes that they will likely find even less desirable for them.
Why don't some accountants pay for safety? Sometimes it is because those accountants work in offices and don't have to work in the dangerous areas. Do accountants go to prison if their worker loses a finger? For example, A Check Exact annually visits a company to perform OSHA inspections and new life threatening violations keep being found. They fix the old violations, but instead of fixing their safety system, they replace management every year, so they are not held accountable, while saving them a buck or two, so to speak.
Why don't accountants pay to keep jobs secure for their good employee experts? Because accountants aren't properly held accountable for employee pay, job security, and pensions as a whole, otherwise unions wouldn't exist.
When accountants can have companies make more money by going out of business and starting a new business (so they are not held responsible for previous accounting agreements), something about the economic (and/or financial) system is wrong.
Simply inflating the bill to account for accountability loopholes or shelters used not as intended, is not the course of action in the best interest of the people of these United States of America.
We need better accountability system-wide so we may better apply more theories, and in the future our students will need even more accountability support on which to rely for their increasingly complex theories.
Clearly for optimum progress we must overcome the weak link that is the current accountability system.
Many Intel / Westinghouse Science Awards and many Nobel Prizes have been garnered here.

Notes:
Note A. If everyone knew everything, there would be no need to teach. NYU achieved greatness through the usage of experts outside their areas of expertise. Many people think that is a simple task: hire experts to do it. But coordinating people smarter than yourself requires more than management skills (as management typically manages people of lesser credentials than themselves). Coordinating top experts is generally left to government responsibility. But NYU surpassed those limitations and excelled in gaining richness for NYU as never before, as typical for civilization progress, but not necessarily typical for institutions. For NYU to gain the credibility of the great institutional physics / technological leaders, such as Stanford and MIT, this achievement is only the tip of the iceberg. NYU is strongly encouraged to not end this research (as indicated in January 2003), but make an effort and pick up the torch and light the way, or be lost in the crowd. Frankly the funding indirectly paid by NYU to the team was a drop in the bucket as compared to the greater value received. If NYU accountants aren't aware, they should look it-up. Direct dollar values and indirect publicity values not only in terms of enrollment, but more importantly in terms of public funding and government recognition is paramount, particularly in these times when our President is changing focus and funding from education to war, especially USA motivated education groups properly educating Taliban, Iraqi, and North Koreans. As an applicable illustrative point, Dr. Benchoff's father Henry Benchoff served in the Korean War, helping to settle that dispute (under the authority of USA and others). The only reason for another dispute to emerge is lack of proper education.
Note B. Many good accounting groups exist to accredit or otherwise provide ethical support. This certainly helps accountants work responsibly. But many companies are being swamped with accounting problems. And this reasoning applies not only to businesses, but also to families.
As many families who have had subcontractors build a house for them can tell you, there is a devasting accountability gap growing.
Just as it is not the responsibility of the United Nations to find problems in Iraq (UN Inspectors serve as a sampling technique only), rather it is the responsibility of Iraq to reveal same to the UN; it should not be the responsibility of United States citizens and businesses to find responsible accountability, rather accountability responsibility must be from the agreement provider.
Variance from accountability responsibility should not be the rule, but the exception, if United States is to lead properly.
