Homeland Security Future Plans
Future plans are provided by Dr. Bob Benchoff
per the special request of Governor Tom Ridge,
Head of Homeland Security.
Knowing where we have been has some minor degree of significance, while the more important value is logical future planning to enable us to know with great certainty where we are going. Our Head of the new United States Department of Homeland Security will likely have at least some ideas stemming from his previous plans for the future.
Good mutually shared planning helps people work together. However, good plans can hardly help evil plans come to fruition.
As a graduate student on full scholarship Dr. Bob Benchoff headed California State College [during absence of Graduate Studies Dean Dr. Steve Pavlak on sabbatical and Assistant Dean Dick Birch on sick leave].
Dr. Bob Benchoff prepared the college to become a University, compiling the future school guidebook and publishing tens of thousands of copies. Separately Dr. Bob Benchoff worked on the new computer technologies able to track Soviet submarines. Dr. Bob Benchoff was a leader in the programming of cobalt information to print logic financial interest loops within loops, then authored and published a trend projection book unique to the financial world.
Dr. Benchoff served on the first national team to use the new notebook computer technology to reveal matter / energy interfaces at power plants, and later he became the Intel Representative for the Charlotte, NC financial center, and the Auditor of MCSA / MCSE-Core including implementing and supporting Microsoft Windows XP Professional.
Dr. Bob Benchoff also taught law on television, which became required study for future University law students. After becoming a University, Governor Tom Ridge spoke at the University to the graduating class with words of encouragement.
Dr. Bob Benchoff provided Governor Tom Ridge with a copy of the financial/mind control VGC Act which comprehensively guides United States of America, and any other nations that joined with us, through the future decades.
Governor Tom Ridge reciprocated by careful planning sessions and sending Dr. Bob Benchoff what he termed "Technology 21" information which he planned to use to guide his state through the twentyfirst century.
By understanding this perspective, you, the reader, can come to know and understand the perspective of our new Homeland Security Head, Governor Tom Ridge.
More recently, Dr. Benchoff taught officials at the Doctors University of New York in September 2002, and is scheduled to return January 2003; on behalf of Siemens (NYSE: SI) / Westinghouse, Waukesha Electric (NYSE: SPW), and Ryerson / Tull (NYSE: RT) (Note: the top Siemens / Westinghouse official brought-in from New Jersey served on the engineering team working to secure and protect the World Trade Center complex from future attacks); and Dr. Benchoff proposed and successfully had the team build a transporter into the New York electrical power supply to the University. This ultrasonically optimized transfomer up-time performance function as a carrier of the matter / energy compressional mode, with mode conversion options available. Such transduction is per conversion of electricity energy into matter energy and / or matter energy into electrical energy (or radar energy, or similar).
Dr. Benchoff has written specifications controlling aircraft carrier activities, with plans of pertinent activities set for throughout the 2003 year via Tyger River / Fafnir / Torrington / Ingersoll - Rand (NYSE: IR) just purchased by Timken (NYSE: TKR); with guidance and work in cooperation with government.
Dr. Benchoff also oversees postal activities in cooperation with new TNSI / Learning Tree / Pheonix - Hecht, and has interacted closely with Pentagon and FEMA personnel.
The following booklet was issued by Governor Tom Ridge to Dr. Bob Benchoff on the date of our Lord November 12, 1996. Through understanding these perspectives, as former President Bill Clinton said, "Together we can make a difference.", and we can use these projections to form a basis for even greater projections for peaceful solutions economically, politically, and socially, now, and in the generations to come.
