Customer to provide criteria details in advance, especially new customers, since [usually unnecessarily] complex specifications can multiply costs.

Be it respectfully known in advance, it is not our fault that your customer might present problematical criteria. But you wonder what that has to do with your products and services, after all, government knows your business or entity exists, so shouldn't it just mail you a check? But you are a free enterprise, so you have to ask, conditions often apply that you may or may not accept. A Check Exact is the PCS Leader.

PCS, created by A Check Exact's President Dr. Bob Benchoff (via an independent entity over which Dr. Bob Benchoff presides), is Prioritized Comprehensive Standardization. What this means is the best, the optimum, the most precise and on target, the best advancing, the best profitably, the finest luxury, the most respectable, and it is not merely the opinion of Dr. Bob Benchoff, it is the law.

The law is the governing standard, including so-called Executive Privilege of the US President. But the US President doesn't receive as much Executive Privilege as legally entitled to him. Similarly you, your financial matters and business areas are also as a structure without the marrow of the bone, without the connectivity, without the authority, blood, and means important for your success, the greater mutual benefit.

Previous standards have abounded, such as ASNT, AWS, Standards Of Churches, Public Decency Standards, and so on, but they do not always agree, and that is illegal. More importantly, lest we each and all go to prison to live, there is only one legal way to proceed and succeed: within the law yet also with a merciful grace standard guide recognized and authorized with power and force; in other words, it is the legal recognition of one best solution that has been missing, and that solution is PCS.

PCS is not merely the minimum that we must meet to be legal. That is important, it's already a given. PCS is more, it is the advice by default required by law; it is not just any random advice, it is the best advice, and there is already legal precedent for PCS. To be of legal default PCS needs be legally Prioritized, lest legal and illegal would mean the same thing under PCS. PCS also needs be Comprehensive, lest any person be left-out and that is illegal.

Comprehensive is easy to understand, it is you and everyone else, including experts in their [already established typically] respective fields.

But you have not been properly represented in government. What is an expert supposed to do, go to Congress and discuss the plasmatics of magnetism, the financials of regressive inference, or the properties of childhood motivational anomalies? Members of Congress aren't required to know that stuff, they are elected officials. It is up to PCS to carry that burden for them and for you.

One unique body is the only standard that can properly legally include all matters properly. We have come a far in our learning in 200 years since our US Founders did great things, we now know how to better improve according to many experiences and developments.

Prioritized PCS is more than about us, it is in the US about the US President first and furthermore in legal terms it is that same US Presidental representation of our higher faith, even thankfully the "Lord", as so stated in law. So of PCS, the highest priority is to best help the US President. To best do that is required the PCS Program administered by the legal default leader to serve as the first expert in the new field, the PCS field, to be the first US National Quality Assurance Manager, also the PCS Manager. The initial steps of necessary format have already been sent to the US President, George W. Bush, for consideration / approval.

We have giant bombs able to kill virtually all life, we know a solar flare can wipe us-out, we understand a poison can kill virtually all life as we humans typically understand human life; so large expert groups over such things are of high Priority importance, with US National Security over such, screening information, and hiding and concealing as appropriate, yet with the appreciation that as much as reasonable needs be free information appropriately, in order to have PCS.

The PCS Manager is responsible for the format, and to serve at the highest level between the Faith Leader position holder and the Security Leader. The law is clear on proper perspective. Think tanks as they have come to be called, and large groups are of high order in the PCS Format, then are groups involved in such things as overcoming threats to civilization and parts of civilization. Then in the years ahead are concerns toward states, communities, families, and personal rights and privileges. Controls over communications, gene codes, cyborgs, and intelligence must by legal default fit properly within this PCS Format for mutual profitability, overhead reduction including repitition reduction, to overcome systemic gaps, and to best help the US President in policy making.

Of the PCS Format top experts have a duty not only as they have already done, yet also to continue as they have, yet more effectively via PCS: the right format gets things done the right way, including being the best motivator. To start, all government has to do is authorize it. As we know, when quality assurance is done right, it saves money and lives, it improves processes, and when it is a discomfort then the right system overcomes that discomfort for the greater mutual joy. Together we do this, you, your groups, and everyone: it's the law, including non-US citizens as respectively provided under US law.

Help is needed, for your sake. And for the PCS System Congressional Leaders, Candidates for Public Office, Church Leaders, Business Leaders, and others need be made aware for mutual benefit, whether hard working or lazy, whether brilliant or dull, as much as possible each and all need have their rightful opinions voiced not only better in government, yet voiced the optimum way in government, through the proper legal format as required by law (yet voluntary on your part).

Your help is wanted, such as concerning the economy, advertising, gas prices, and so on, but first and most wanted now is government and giant businesses involvement to properly start. Please do not contact A Check Exact on this if you just represent yourself, even if you want to volunteer. Let us rather function properly, with proper Prioritization. Perhaps years from now PCS would function on the individual levels, which is also extremely important.

Technology is coming whether we like it or not, and to have the right grip on it with properly voicing our opinions the right ways is key. In the future we will determine what a human mind is, in fact it's been done already by those experts, but as far as the average citizen is concerned it is hidden away secret, and that is not the way to live your life, isolated and in the dark. Complain about other stuff, and rather do not be afraid to strain the quality of mercy.
