Even with great designs, big hooks, connectors, and similar need expert maintenance, as often tiny invisible cracks start, that can be detected by periodic expert analysis, and can then be corrected at almost no cost as compared to the extreme costs and dangers associated with hooks breaking or other machinery or structures failing. Mobile Inspection At Your Site:
Crane Hook Testing: 30 seconds of testing may save the lives of some of your friends, and may prevent your plant or factory from being shutdown. Your hooks can be given a Magnetic Particle Test, MT, to detect cracks even if you don't have electric power using our special rare equipment. We can also perform a wide range of other crane checks for you and provide you with certain legal protection and insurance help. OSHA used to require annual MT testing of all crane hooks, though now leaves it up to businesses as they consider risks in terms of lives, equipment, productivity, insurance, and lawsuits which might question whether MT was done in-house or by a professional third party such as A Check Exact.
Wet Fluorescent or Dry Visible Magnetic Particle Testing, MT, locates subsurface and surface cracks, including AC or DC with or without Battery Connectivity (for new construction) in ferretic type materials (iron, nickel, cobalt, and many types of steel), Metalurgical Frequency and Severity Ratings, full range of OSHA crane / lifting device safety inspection (including hook cracks, wear, and deformation, electrical tests, load rating test verifications, brakes, motion, and microswitches), see if there are invisible stress cracks, fatigue cracks, heat treat cracks, grinding cracks, uneven heat cracks (such as on crane brakes), and reveal delaminations (such as for weld bevel prep), seams, laps, and even check through paint and nonferrous coatings. Also since magnets can become weak, remagnetization or magnetization service is offered.
Penetrant Testing, PT, including Color Contrast or Fluorescent with the range of Developing Techniques, for stainless steel or aluminum welds and base materials, plastics, ceramics, and for locating pipe, tank, or hose leaks, easily show porosity, cracks, delaminations, lack of fusion at the weld toes, and other surface defects.

Coordination Services. Often customers have surges of work and during such busy times the complexities of handling many Engineers and expert teams from many companies are handed over to A Check Exact. The customer is not expected to thoroughly know the high tech methodologies normally used by laboratories, so the customer benefits by having an expert make sure the experts are doing it right, known as Fourth Party Inspection, and sometimes called double blind techniques and similar. A key value in this is that the customer's customer normally would feel increased credibility, tied to both the profit and risk factors. Generally in profit terms value is correlated with the larger of dollar amounts [with PCS (see below)]. Generally in risk terms value is correlated with overhead reduction typically {ibid.}. Though in both profit and risk are many other values such as security, safety, cost effectiveness, and so on, and each may be placed in other subheadings accordingly.
Ultrasonic Testing, UT, see if there are internal flaws before you spend money and time machining with Contact, Longitudinal Wave, Shear Mode, Surface Detection, Immersion, and Thickness Readings, only requires access to one surface to see through to the other side for internal erosion of steel at pipe elbows, for thick carbon or stainless steel plates for laminations, bars for stringers, forging fatigue flaws, welds for lack of fusion, and castings voids, testing aluminum for cracks, plastic or graphite blocks for proper fill in hidden from sight areas, tanks for liquid level, bronze monument artworks for voids or cracks for relocation, pin abrasion loss as with amusement rides or bridges or conveyor links, crane block internal wear, ingot dross, billet slag, slab inclusions, and more.
Visual Testing, VT, is far more valuable than what an experienced (yet untrained in Visual Inspection) employee does, as professional expertise normal to the industry is used for receipt inspection, to check to see that weld contours are proper, that components match specifications, that certified workers properly match certified equipment, monitoring of repair work, stakeholders' capital / asset protection recordkeeping, training and experience meet legal and customer approved third party criteria in a wide range of applications normal to the industry, fast and effective, traceability, and dispositioning / shipping.
Process Witnessing, third party activities verification, observation of whether procedures and specifications are met, monitoring of process controls (such as documentation sign-offs, traveler packets initialed in good order and by proper authorized personnel) and adherence by employees to chain of command verbal instructions, legal representation support if needed, indicates solutions prior to production (such as locating contamination causing welding porosity), documentation of facts for future customer and/or insurance concerns, covering all the bases for new customer satisfaction and retention.
Radiography / Radiographic Testing, RT, consulting involving Level III film interpretation, technique possiblities, technique approvals, fourth party monitoring of your contracted Radiographers (A Check Exact does not provide gamma nor X-ray sources and equipment, except through subcontracting), source retrieval advice, processing advice, planning help, NonDestructive Testing, NDT, and NonDestructive Examining (also referred to as NonDestructive Engineering), NDE, Methodology selection help including sequence of operations' needs, Neutron help, linear accelerator expertise, and facility design consulting.

Confidential Drug Testing: Drug analysis, confidential chemistry panel tests [Note: panel refers to a battery of tests.] conducted by authorized personnel with determination to see if a substance (such as found in an employee's desk, or such as found in a child's room, or if part of a custody suit) is an illegal controlled substance (For instance in one case we made a determination on about a pound of white brick & powder, that it was not a controlled substance, changing plea bargaining perhaps several hundred thousand dollars and saving the customer a great deal of embarrassment and thwarting potential counter litigation).

Our unique P.A.I.U.S. system works with EC, UT, and other testing systems to improve throughput speed, proprietary profitability, and you customer satisfaction quality for greater repeat business. EC equipment is typically owned by the (your) facility for greatest profitability specific to your own needs, as EC systems vary widely. Electromagetic Testing, ET, includes Magnetic Particle Testing, MT, Eddy Current Testing, ECT, and other testing methodologies, though most labs are not yet aware of the new improved standards so A Check Exact continues to use the previous old popular standard due to legal terms of being "normal to the industry", though A Check Exact is a leader as shown below, prompting United States Presidents to properly improve the system. PCS Methodology(SM) came as a result of the legal need to legally fill the gap between United States Law and Quality Assurance, in legal terms, while in Quality Assurance terms PCS Methodology was the result of continuous improvement (largely in reference to the wisdom of the Demming Win Win / Golden Rule Philosophy), that is, PCS is the next logical step if to improve systematically, to properly fill the gap according to and in compliance with previously independently proven methodologies normal to the industry. Such proofs in Quality Assurance terms are hardly about statistical manipulations (reference Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle and Points #2 below). Rather per law such as VGC previously proved in detail (reference VGC Book circa 1990s), and as others proved such as by physics, facts have been arranged according to legal priorities, with indicators arranged according to quality priorities hence quality as a subset of law, reference "Lord" of United States Constitution Article 7, including such history of laws [such as United States Constitution Article 1, Article 2,...] until current, reasonably (see Public Link below), hence so created or innovated was the evolving of the following Points:
1. Proprietary PCS: part of the joint ICCDBB (see Public Link below) A Check Exact ongoing improvement process.
2. Security PCS: months of illustrations and detailed text were provided to President Barack Obama.
