The Card book is available at the Solarium at a cost of 500 Marks.
1)- You MUST have the Card book before you can collect any additional cards (Cards B and C).
2)- Card A - Comes with the Card Book. Allows you to purchase the Icy void or Xorplons fire at Discount Cigarettes in Webby U.
3)- Card B - Purchase at Shady House. Allows you to buy new clothes at Stan's Boutique. 1,000,000 credits.
4)- Card C - Once you have obtained 2 stamps, AND the Card book, return the Stamp Shop.
