There are a lot of newbies to our guild and I am getting tired of answering the same question over and over so here is a list of the questions I get the most:

What is the advantage to being in a guild?
There are many advantages.
First:
You don't get attacked by over 150 other aliens who share the guild with you.(HOWEVER, IT IS ALLOWED! It keeps all of the credits and EXP in the guild.)
Second:
With loyalty comes the help from above.
Third:
You can get all your questions about the game answered by asking on the message board, thus making yours a stronger alien.
Fourth:
You are granted the privilege of staying young and growing strong through custom EXP taxes.

Where has all my experience/credits from battle gone?
We have a 25% Experince 10%credit tax from battles so whatever you win in battle goes to the guild.

Why is the tax so high?
With a high experience tax you can get a strong alien with low level. What I mean is if you are leveling up too fast then you won't have a good gym record thus rendering your alien helpless against any alien 2 levels above you. With the high tax rate you get to stay at a low level and work on your stats at the gym and pretty soon will be able to take on whatever comes your way. Furthermore. When you are being attacked and winning when there is no tax, you are gaining levels at a high rate and not gaining any confidence what-so-ever. So while you are at a low level you have more time to build up your confidence.

In regards to credits being taxed...you never get a good amount of credits from battle anyway, so what are you missing...not much.

But I am a newbie and I think I high level is good...
High levels are only good if your alien is ready to handle them. Like he has good stats and is ready to take on the challenges that await him.
If you don't believe me though, then you can always work out at the gym and gain experience and credits that way.

How do I get a better weapon from the armory?
1. You have to have been a part of the guild for more then a couple of hours (what I mean is don't join the guild and ask for the outfitter right away).
2. You have to need the armory. i.e. You must have the stats required to equip an upgrade.
3. You must not expect us to give you anything.

How can I make money if it is all taxed away?
Fishing! This should be your main source of income when you are part of any guild.

Whenever I fish I never catch anything:
Well first you have to buy the proper equipment (if you want to know what each fish likes then click here then go to the fishing tips). If you want to catch fish then you have to ask the fishing guy for a tip. The tip will cost you about 15% of what the fish is worth but if you catch the fish you are walking home with a lot of cash.
The fish move in the game so speed is important too. The co-ordinates that the tipster gives you are (x,y) so the first number moves along the x-axis (or from left to right) and the second number moves down the y-axis (or from top to bottom).

What is the gym?
The gym is located in Georgetown and it basically is there to help you improve your stats. A good way to go about it is to put all your allocations points towards str, and concentrate on speed and endurance in the gym.
A gym pass will cost you ten marks.

Where do I get marks?
Ask the Treasurer in the ALL NEW MEMBERS thread, and you will be sent Makrd to purchase your Gym Pass. You can also purchase marks if you so desire. Go out into Webby World and find the Currency Exchange, and there they will sell you marks for 250 a piece.

How do I become a mark runner and what is it?
A mark runner is an alien that goes to Webby World and buys 25 marks, then returns to Georgetown and sells them at a higher price (example:500 credits per mark) to people who need them. So any average joe will be able to become a mark runner.

What are marks used for?
Marks can be used to buy your gym pass and also to buy a bounty of items from the solarium. They also are used to correct your hp after you take the red pill and lose.

What is the Red Pill?
Red pill is available to all aliens with an upward of level 15 and 300 hp or 200 Days old. What is does is permanently changes your alien's hp by -100 to 100. Usually it is minus hp, and I don't recommend taking it. But if you are a risk taker there are a plethora of ways and methods to get good out of the Red Pill. Take at your own risk!
I have lost 100 hp with the Red Pill, what now?
You can go to Helga and ask her for an hp correction. Helga can be found in the red light district of Georgetown. A hp correction will cost you though...I don't know exactly how much, but you pay in marks...
