Although mildly retarded, this section is good for a few laughs. It basically outlines a DBZ Workout that someone can do in order to become real buff (I really hope you dont take this seriously). Enough said. To see the "before" picture of the person, click right here.
| First Workout |

Name: Hermit Hike
Materials: 20KG Turtle Shell
Duration: 1 - 2 years
The first part of your workout is to get a 20KG turtle shell, and then
find a forest that you can live in. It must have enough fruit and animals to
last you for at least a year. Grandpa's backyard is not recommended. Then,
strap on the shell to your back, using a belt/rope. The next part is easy.
Simple live in the forest for 12 months, and watch the excess fat disappear! You
might wanna push it up to 2 years if you are REALLY fat. |
| Second Workout |

Name: Tower Terror
Materials: A tower (200 to 500 meters high, 1 to 3 meters thick)
Duration: As long as it takes
Now that we've gotten rid of the disgusting stores of fat on you, we can
concentrate on building some muscle. You may NOT use a rope, a pully, a harness,
or any other climbing gear for this excercise. You must climb to the top of the tower,
without rest. You are permitted to use your hands, legs, teeth, or any other part
of your body O_o Make sure to grunt and twitch and talk to yourself as much as possible

Name: Hammer Hunt
Materials: A hammer (at least 6KG), a bee, a monkey
Duration: As long as it takes
We've been neglecting your legs/cardio excercise for quite some time, havent we? Well, make
sure you warm up your legs properly before this. Get a monkey, either catch one yourself, or
buy one at a store(?) When you are ready, release the monkey from its cage. Give it a ten
second head start, then chase after it. The goal is to catch the monkey. Next, take your hamer, and chase after your bee. The goal is to tap the bee with the hammer. This excercise
will tone your abdominals even more :D |
| Fourth Workout |

Name: Capsule Chaos
Materials: A gravity-enhancing capsule, 300 LBs of hair gel
Duration: 6 hours every day for a month
Now, time to really buff up those muscles. Locate a gravity-enhancing capsule, preferably
able to tune up to 500Gs. Apply 10 pounds of hair gel to your hair (otherwise it'll get in
your face). Then, go into the capsule and turn the gravity enhancer to 50Gs, and workout
doing basic excercies like push-ups and squats. The goal is to be able to workout it 500Gs
by the end of the month. By now you should look something like the fellow on the top :D |
