~*~I cannot escape this never ending Circle we call life.~*~

~*~It binds me as surely as ropes......and haunts me.~*~

~*~For every moment of pleasure......there is pain.~*~

~*~For every birth........there is a death.~*~

~*~Wisdom......escapes me as surely as the wind blows~*~

~*~For I have yet to understand how to achieve peace~*~

~*~In this never ending battle to survive.~*~

~*~Perhaps LIFE is just that....a Circle one cannot escape.~*~

~*~An endless repetition of previous acts.~*~

~*~A fight...to be better, learn more....CHANGE.~*~

~*~A battle.....not of wits, but of sheer strength and courage.~*~

~*~Strength of the mind and courage of the heart.~*~

~*~An acceptance...not of things we CAN change~*~

~*~But of things we CANNOT change.~*~

~*~For I know that what WAS~*~

~*~Has made me into what I am today.~*~

~*~I cannot blame my mistakes on anyone but me.~*~

~*~The hurt and the pain I have been through~*~

~*~Were but to teach me to stand on my own~*~

~*~And fight for what I believe in.~*~

~*~To accept myself for who I am~*~

~*~Be it right or wrong.~*~

~*~Perhaps PEACE, comes from simply knowing that we are just mortals~*~

~*~Struggling to live in a world we cannot alter~*~

~*~Yet wishing all the while that we can.~*~

~*~Maybe that is what marks the difference from the meek and the brave~*~

~*~Or the weak and the strong.~*~

~*~The ability to carry on in the midst of deep struggle~*~

~*~Or letting life beat you down until you cannot go on.~*~

~*~In any case....~*~

~*~I shall continue to exist and fight this battle~*~

~*~And if by some chance my life makes a difference for the better~*~

~*~ I will have WON in the Circle of Life. ~*~
